ABOUT THE TEAM
Market Operations is a global team, providing strategic oversight, ongoing risk assessment, and operational excellence to support Parametric's products offerings. The Strategic Partner and Vendor Management role is responsible for ensuring Parametric has external market connectivity, clearing and custody support, and vendor coverage required to deliver customized portfolios at scale.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director, Operations (Strategic Partner and Vendor Management) role is the central relationship owner and operational lead for Parametric's key external partners, including clearing and custody providers, broker-dealers, and core market and reference data providers. This role ensures these partnerships consistently support Parametric's ability to deliver excellent product offerings by improving service reliability, strengthening controls, and identifying and reducing operational risk. As a Director, this role is expected to provide visible, day-to-day leadership and influence across Market Operations in the region. While the role may not initially have direct people management responsibilities, it is intentionally flexible and may evolve into a management position.
The role will design and operate a performance and risk framework, coordinate integration and change activity, and act as a cross-functional connector of Operations, Trading, Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Client Service. The scope of this role spans multiple products and workflows, and the decisions made in this role can affect trading outcomes, reporting accuracy, and the day-to-day ability of teams to deliver for clients.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain an operational and risk framework to measure key external partner performance, including service level standards, incident tracking, root-cause analysis, and remediation plans.
- Manage the full relationship lifecycle for key external partners, including due diligence support, onboarding, integration planning, service, invoice approvals and general oversight.
- Engage with Corporate Services to navigate contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial reviews, including pricing analysis and benchmarking to maintain competitive terms and strong service expectations aligned to Parametric's scale and growth.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and service levels and drive continuous improvement through structured review meetings and agreed corrective actions.
- Support initiatives including new product capabilities, workflow enhancements, and key external partner migrations, with an emphasis on minimizing disruption and user and client experience.
- Serve as the central liaison for key external partners, enabling clear communication, timely escalation, and coordinated improvements throughout Parametric.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Operations colleagues by setting clear expectations for partner management, documentation, escalation discipline, and risk-aware execution.
- Implement and manage access controls aligned with governance policy, audit expectations, and compliance standards, including periodic review, recertification, and evidence collection.
- Partner with operational teams and internal stakeholders to resolve service and data issues requiring remediation, including issues impacting trading support, reconciliations, corporate actions support, cash movements, settlement support, and client reporting dependencies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, preferably supporting investment management, trading operations, or post trade operations.
- Multi-asset experience preferred, including familiarity with equity, corporate and municipal bonds, futures, options, swaps, and related market infrastructure considerations.
- Direct experience working with custodians, broker-dealers, and market and reference data vendors in relationship management, service management, or operational oversight capacity.
- Demonstrated strength in contract management.
- Working knowledge of audit standards, compliance requirements, third-party risk concepts, and data access protocols, with ability to maintain evidence and support reviews.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify service gaps, quantify impact, drive remediation, and prevent recurrence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex issues for internal stakeholders.
- Ability to influence across the organization to lead changes affecting internal teams and workflows.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Digital Reporting Analyst to join our team. This role will play a critical part in coordinating and supporting the monthly and quarterly processes for publishing client reporting data on our digital platform. The successful candidate will work closely with product and technology teams to improve the digital reporting platform by supporting the build outs of new strategies and enhancements.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and support the monthly and quarterly processes for publishing client reporting data on the digital platform. This includes reviewing data, making decisions related to timing of critical steps, and managing email notifications to external users.
- Report and track bugs and enhancement requests for the digital reporting platform, including testing in UAT and providing business approval.
- Collaborate with product managers to determine requirements for new strategies requiring reporting on the digital platform.
- Review requirements to identify existing reporting elements and new components.
- Define necessary steps and assign responsibilities to support new reporting initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate new data sources in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Coordinate with the digital team to create mock-ups.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 4-year degree or equivalent, preferably in a related discipline such as Business, Finance, or Economics.
- 1-3 years of related industry/work (inclusive of internships) experience required.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of both traditional asset management and alternatives investments (derivatives, fixed income, equities, mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity).
- Understanding of basic accounting principles - ability to interpret performance impact of various transactions and corporate actions.
- Asset management performance calculation knowledge.
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to handle a heavy, deadline-oriented workload.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including designing, creating, and maintaining complex spreadsheets, power queries, reports, and charts.
- High attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.
- Must possess a high level of initiative.
- Familiarity with FactSet, Bloomberg, Barra, and other analysis tools is a plus.
- Interest in leveraging technology in the reporting process: prior experience or exposure to technology tools such as Python, Alteryx, SQL is beneficial but not required.

This position will lead, manage and coordinate the daily operations processing of corporate action activity by the corporate actions team. This team is responsible for the managing both mandatory and voluntary corporate actions functions, processing corporate actions in appropriate systems, and being a subject matter expert on corporate actions for other teams at Parametric. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $60,000 and $90,000 per year at

Position Summary
HASI is currently seeking a Director or Senior Director with renewable asset investing experience to join our team. This individual will lead a team which manages closing, funding and transaction management activities across HASI’s investments. The types of investments include solar (utility scale and distributed), storage, wind, clean fuels, EV and other sustainable infrastructure projects. We are looking for a leader for our growing Forward Flow team which supports all of our investment markets, including large scale and distributed renewable energy, clean fuels, transportation and other sustainable infrastructure investments. This position requires a commercial lead who has experience liaising with clients and coordinating efficient closing processes. The right candidate will have very strong commercial acumen and be very proficient in structured finance/ investments, with skills including:
- Able to quickly read and digest transaction documents such as investment memos, LLCAs, loan agreements, DAPAs, tax equity and debt documents
- Comfortable reading and interpreting project materials and contracts (to include technical reports, operating reports, financial models, power offtake agreements, incentive awards, operating and construction agreements)

Parametric is part of Morgan Stanley Investment Management, the asset management division of Morgan Stanley. This role is part of Parametric's hybrid working model, which includes working in the office 3 days a week and choosing to work remotely or in the office the remaining days of the week.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Digital team at Parametric:
- We are responsible for the development of Parametric's client and partner web portals which support and enhance our client experience.
- We are building a robust Api platform to support client and partner integration and straight-through-processing of client servicing requests
- We have an extensive product roadmap to deliver innovative investment tools, client servicing and rich portfolio/account level reporting through an online experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for individuals that have are passionate about agile software development and designing and delivering high quality, client facing systems of engagement. The Software Engineer for this position will collaborate with global development teams and contribute directly to the design, development, delivery, and support of various new and existing technology solutions that supports all aspects of our client experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Owner of one or more major sub-systems in our Digital Platform
- Collaborate with business partners to understand strategic objectives and acceptance criteria.
- Design and development of custom product features on our Digital roadmap.
- Enhance the client experience through engaging, performant, and resilient applications and apis.
- Design and/or redesign solution architecture to meet and/or improve system performance and resiliency.
- Contribute to automated testing via unit/integration/functional test suites.
- Conduct code reviews of other developers.
- Contribute to evolution of our architecture to make it more flexible, testable, and easy to use.
- Keep learning and innovating while meeting product delivery targets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of full-stack web application development (C# .Net Framework) experience managing all aspects of technical projects with a proven track record of delivering well architected and well written software solutions.
- 2+ years of Azure cloud-native development experience - PaaS Preferred
- 2+ years of experience in web and REST API development using core.
- OIDC and Oauth2 experience for implementing web authentication and authorization.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB preferred) database platforms.
- Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
- Experience with building event-based and mirco-service style architecture.
- Experience with git source control and giflow fundamentals.
- Experience with contributing to automated test suites with unit and integration tests.
- Experience with Agile development processes such as Kanban or Scrum
- Strong communication skills and ability to demonstrate understanding of business goals.
- Experience with design and delivery of product features on a public web application.
- Proven track record of becoming a subject matter expert in areas related to current assignments.
- Successful track record of development, implementation and delivery of applications and services to meet business goals and technology objectives; ability to transform business requirements into actionable plans and delivery.
- A creative, self-confident self-motivator with a "can do" orientation, along with the ability to function both independently and as a member of a team. Can work well in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Passionate, forward thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards and integrity
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area of study preferred.
- FinTech (Financial services technology) experience is plus.
