POSITION SUMMARY:
TPC Group is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to translate business needs into tangible value through creative and innovative process design. This position has an important role in developing new process designs with R&D while also updating existing designs for projects to expand capacity, reduce costs, enhance process safety and compliance.
This role is part of a collaborative process engineering/R&D team that bridges fundamental chemistry and real-world applications, translating molecular innovation into measurable performance benefits in end-use systems. Experience Should Include:
Process Design/Capital Projects/EPC
- Develops thorough and complete process design packages (PDP's) in accordance with project schedules in support of capital projects. Such packages include the design basis, PFDs, equipment specifications, and economics for viable design alternatives.
- Conducts option analysis for all process designs to identify most effective business solutions.
- Fluent in FEL process and preferred experience with EPC project work and engineering packages reviews.
- Complies with all regulations, RAGAGEPs, and internal requirements applicable to process design.
- Proficient in the use of process design software and simulation packages such as Aspen Plus, Aspen EDR, SiNET, etc
Process Technology
- Knowledgeable of a number of different types and uses of technology for a variety of applications is desirable. Experience in technologies relevant to TPC such as: C4 extractive distillation, hydrogenation/dehydrogenation, isobutylene derivatives (MTBE, ETBE, PIB, DIB, MMA, butyl rubber, etc), as well as in the areas of energy/sustainability efforts is a plus.
- Leads feasibility studies for technology improvement programs.
- Translates laboratory and process development data into equipment and unit designs, process design packages.
Process Safety
- Participates and supports project specific PHA's.
- Knowledge of Process Safety Management is essential.
- Experience working in PSM coverage facilities.
Scale-Up & Process Integration
- Work with appropriate development team(s) to transition successful chemistries from the laboratory to pilot and production scale.
- Use Design of Experiments (DoE) and data-driven methodologies to optimize process conditions and ensure reproducibility.
- Experience working with toller manufacturing as a means to scale up technology advancements is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifies and develop process solutions which meet the performance and flexibility needs of the business.
- Performs process simulation and other modeling needed to evaluate potential process and equipment design alternatives.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Dimensional Engineer to support vehicle fit and finish quality within a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for analyzing dimensional data, supporting production teams, and ensuring manufacturing processes meet quality and tolerance standards. The engineer will collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and supplier teams to resolve dimensional issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle fit and finish metrics and monitor dimensional quality performance within the manufacturing process.
- Support production and maintenance teams by providing technical direction on dimensional and process-related issues.
- Analyze manufacturing data and customer feedback to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with process control plans and manufacturing quality standards.
- Maintain and support metrology equipment such as scanning systems, laser measurement tools, and checking fixtures.
- Monitor dimensional data systems and ensure accurate reporting and tracking of production metrics.
- Participate in cross-functional problem-solving activities related to quality, dimensional variation, and process improvement.
- Maintain documentation related to tooling changes, process adjustments, and dimensional measurement records.
- Communicate status updates and technical findings to engineering, production, and quality teams.
- Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, dimensional engineering, or quality engineering.
- Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and datum strategies.
- Experience interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of body shop or general assembly manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with process improvement tools such as PFMEA and root cause analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with standard computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with metrology systems and dimensional measurement tools.
- Familiarity with scanning technologies, CMM correlation, or dimensional analysis software.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of vision systems or dimensional quality monitoring systems.
- Experience with tooling design or manufacturing equipment.
Work Environment
- Onsite role within an automotive manufacturing facility.

Who We're Looking For:
- Experienced: 3+ years in a mechanical engineering role; familiar with agricultural or off-road equipment; understanding of electrical wiring, hydraulics, welded structured design, mechanical systems, and able to read and create schematics; welding experience preferred; Associate's degree in engineering technology with equivalent experience or a Bachelor's in degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field preferred.
- Tech Savvy: 3+ years of experience in SolidWorks or similar software in 2-D and 3-D drawings, and manufacturing documentation tools; experience with sheet metal design is strongly preferred.

About the Role
We're seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join our innovative team focused on building cutting-edge network security and telecommunications hardware. Responsibilities
