Job Overview:
Insight Global, LLC is seeking a Government Contracts attorney with 5+ years of federal, state and local government contract experience, to assist our public sector division with a broad range of government contracting matters.
Specific Duties/Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate should have experience handling federal, state and local government contracts, including negotiating/drafting subcontracts and prime contracts, FAR/DFARS compliance, audits/investigations, government contracts supply chain, cyber and/or IP issues, and disputes/claims. Responsibilities include:
- Advise and provide solutions to internal employees servicing public sector-based clients on issues relating to the pursuit and performance of federal, state and local government contracts, including with respect to federal procurement law and regulation, cost accounting standards, federal facility and personnel clearance matters, cybersecurity, and other compliance requirements for federal government contractors.
- Structure, review and negotiate government and commercial agreements including government subcontracts and vendor agreements, teaming agreements, and other federal practice-related business agreements as necessary.
- Provide advice to the internal business units and leadership, including implementing policies and procedures to minimize enterprise risk, particularly those associated with the government contracting practice.
- Proactively identify and resolve government contracting regulatory and compliance issues, including responding to government audits and investigations.
- Collaborate with various subject matter experts and other legal and non-legal specialists within the company to support matters impacting the business, including with respect to intellectual property, cybersecurity, talent, and ethics.
- Efficiently manage government contract disputes, inquiries and audits, including the proactive supervision of outside counsel.
- Support the public sector division's contract function and compliance programs, including preparing and conducting training on government contracting and compliance topics.
Skills/Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess:
- Active member of a U.S. State or Commonwealth bar.
- 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably supporting government contractors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong research and analytical skills.
- Experience with federal contract types and contacting principles, laws, Executive Orders, regulations and procedures applicable to pre-award and post-award actions (including the FAR, DFARS, and GSA regulations).
- Business-focused and creative approach to problem solving and the ability to efficiently manage a substantial number of issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with delivery and implementation of technology (including software, SaaS, AI/ML, and other solutions) for government contractors is not required but a plus.
- Working knowledge of federal cybersecurity requirements, including NIST, FedRAMP, CMMC and federal supply chain compliance requirements is not required but a plus.
- Familiarity with the management of GSA offerings, compliance processes, price management and the financial reporting process is not required but a plus.

Review and approve any invoices to packaging and shipping receipts.
Ordering new garments as needed or any special sizes.
Mapping out garment locations for training aids
Point person for any garment issues or concerns.

What we're looking for
Education:
High school diploma or GED required
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in customer service, inventory replenishment, or material handling required
1-2 years of experience in a laboratory environment or familiarity with lab processes and procedures preferred
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Power BI, and other inventory management systems.
Proficient in digital tools and systems, including IM, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
Comfortable navigating and troubleshooting handheld technology in fast-paced environments.

Avantor's Advanced Laboratory Services team is a crucial part of the Avantor Services group serving over 500 customers in biopharma, pharmaceutical, educational, industrial, and high-tech industries with customizable, flexible solutions and end-to-end laboratory operations support.
The Inventory Technician is responsible for performing routine tasks at a customer site to support inventory management and operational efficiency. This role involves handling consumables, chemicals, samples, and other materials while ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements.
In this role you will:
Facilitate orders for consumable lab inventory replenishment and ensure timely restocking at point-of-use locations.
Receive and process inbound shipments from carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and others.
Manage and maintain customer stockroom inventory, including daily replenishment across the site.
Handle chemicals and hazardous materials in compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Maintain and inspect safety stations to ensure readiness and compliance.
Perform basic shipping duties and support production packaging, cylinder delivery/pickup, waste disposal, and glass washing.
Utilize handheld devices (e.g., palm scanners/readers) and computer systems (Avantor and customer platforms) for accurate inventory tracking and reporting.
Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to established processes.
Conduct inventory control activities including:Monitoring slow-moving and obsolete stock; Performing cycle counts and annual physical inventories; Generating inventory reports and customer metrics
Coordinate schedules with team members to ensure coverage and workflow continuity.
Demonstrate flexibility in daily tasks and collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet operational needs.
Provide excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude and act as a liaison for inventory-related inquiries.
Perform other duties as assigned to support site operations and customer satisfaction.

Who you are:
College degree or equivalent/applicable experience

Avantor is looking for a DEIB Coordinator to play a key role in supporting Avantor's global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging strategy by providing operational, administrative, and analytical support to the DEIB team.
This role ensures smooth execution of DEIB programs and events, oversees the administration of ACT activities, manages key reporting requirements, and helps to further progress against strategic goals. The DEIB Coordinator will collaborate across functions, support program participants and volunteer leaders, and help create meaningful experiences that strengthen belonging across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
1. ACT (Associate Centric Team) Support & Program Administration
Serve as a first point of contact for all ACT- related inquiries and support needs.
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ACT leaders, ambassadors, and allies - including liaise with legal for contracts, manage swag request and tracking of quantities, oversee invoice procedure
Maintain and update ACT MDL lists, calendars, governance documentation, and meeting schedules.
Track and manage all ACT metrics, attendance, and engagement.
Deliver regular reporting to DEIB leadership (monthly) and ACTs (quarterly), highlighting progress, gaps, and opportunities.
2. DEIB Events, Learning Programs & Engagement Activities
Assist in planning, logistics, scheduling, and execution of DEIB events such as Monthly DEIB Discussions, DEIB Learning Labs, and other engagement activities.
Support the creation of DEIB content and meeting materials, including slide decks, briefs, communications, and related tools.
Track attendance and participation metrics for all DEIB events and prepare required reports.
3. DEIB Academy & Career Accelerator Program Support
Provide administrative support for DEIB career accelerator and learning programs including managing registration, communication flow, attendance, and follow-up reporting.
Maintain reporting on the Workday Reward section up to date.
Keep track of participant lists and progress dashboards.
4. Data, Metrics, Maintenance & Reporting
Support the analysis of DEIB program data and performance against strategic metrics.
Maintain high accuracy tracking systems and collaborate with HR and analytics partners as needed.
Maintain accuracy of the DEIB Culture Minutes, the DEIB Avantor Connect pages and relevant DEIB knowledge articles in the MyHR Library
5. Engagement Committee Coordination
Oversee the scheduling, promotion, preparation, and documentation for Engagement Committee meetings.
Lead the monthly meetings promoting ACTs activities and connecting sites to share opportunities to collaborate.
Ensure timely dissemination of agendas, materials, action items, and communication updates.
