Role Summary

The Corporate QA/QC Manager is the single corporate authority for quality assurance and quality control across Hermanson’s fabrication and field installation activities. The role owns and governs QA/QC systems supporting piping fabrication, structural steel, skids, sheet metal, plumbing, and general mechanical installation, with an initial and primary emphasis on piping and fabrication shop operations.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Corporate QA/QC Ownership

  • Serve as the company-wide authority for QA/QC, welding, and fabrication quality
  • Establish and enforce a unified QA/QC framework across all mechanical trades
  • Maintain sole interpretation authority for applicable codes, standards, and company requirements
  • Exercise stop-work authority for quality or compliance issues


2. Fabrication & Piping Focus (Initial Priority)

3. Certification & Code Compliance Leadership

  • Own and maintain quality programs supporting:

Job Summary


The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading a manufacturing production team to work injury-free/incident free in a manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities

  • Drives safety excellence through promoting employee involvement, ownership, and accountability to proactively eliminate hazards
  • Hires, schedules, and supervises full time staff and additional temporary staff
  • Provides coaching and corrective feedback timely as well as administers disciplinary processes up to and including termination, as necessary
  • Performs timely quarterly and annual reviews for all team members
