OVERVIEW:
The Sales Associate is a brand ambassador; responsible for providing a personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets. This individual is a team player that delivers the highest standards of the Balmain client experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Senior Sales Associate will join our team reporting to the General Manager. You will be a Brand Ambassador by providing an exceptional client experience, embracing and promoting our Retail Excellence Program with our clients and staff alike.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Meet & exceed sales goal targets (daily, monthly, yearly)

• Create & foster genuine client relationships that will result in hitting and exceeding core KPIs: sales, UPT, ATV

The annual base salary range for this position is $64,400.00 - $74,908.00. The primary function of the OB/GYN Clinic is to provide obstetrics and gynecology care to eligible beneficiaries.
In general, any long-term care and follow-up shall be referred by the physician to the appropriate clinic.
Patients discovered during physical exam evaluations to require urgent treatment or stabilization of any possible life threatening conditions shall be promptly referred to the Emergency Room.
Examples include such things as the following suspected diagnoses: hemorrhage, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia and cardiac vascular accident.

Physicians shall become familiar with the hospital formulary.
Physicians authorized to prescribe pharmaceuticals shall do so according to the availability of drugs listed therein.
The pharmacy service will provide instructions to all prescribing practitioners on substitutability of generic drugs for prescribed drugs.
The physician shall advise the COR of any problems encountered in connection with meeting the needs of patients treated by the physician, including problems with BJACH personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS Must have and maintain a valid, unrestricted license to practice medicine from one of the 50 states, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands and a current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number (certification).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of up to 15 employees (currently 11) across press operations, industrial finishing, polishing, complex assembly, and quality control.
- Oversee hiring, performance management, training, and disciplinary actions.
- Work alongside the team operating manual machines and hand processes and as needed to maintain production flow and deepen process expertise (true working manager role).
- Optimize material flow and resource utilization through all production stages.
- Develop, document, and enforce accurate timing standards; monitor and improve team adherence.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Representative specializing in cosmetic ingredients. Based in Boonton, NJ, the role allows a combination of on-site customer meetings and periodic work-from-home flexibility. Key day-to-day tasks include developing customer relationships, identifying client needs, delivering technical presentations, and promoting effective sales strategies. Additionally, the position involves offering technical guidance, staying current on industry trends, and collaborating with team members to meet client expectations and company goals. Position will focused on selling to tri state personal care customers. In addition travel to Midwest, Texas and California may also be required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales with a strong understanding of the cosmetic ingredients market
- Experience in Customer Service and fostering client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide product Training and create impactful presentations
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the cosmetics or personal care industry is advantageous
The Registered Dietitian helps to provide a nutritionally sound and cost-efficient food services program that will meet the needs of students while maintaining compliance with all local guidelines as they relate to nutrition regulations. Utilizes technical training and government-mandated nutritional standards on food health to develop healthy menu implementation plans. Will work closely with OpX, culinary, and management teams.
Aramark Student Nutrition provides food and nutrition services to over 350 school districts in the U.S. It offers public and private education institutions a variety of dining options including breakfast and lunch programs, after-school snacks, catering, nutrition education and retail operations. We partner with schools to create culinary experiences that propel students to success. Our goal is to provide healthy, nutritional meals with a stellar dining experience for our communities. Job Responsibilities- Plan all Child Nutrition menus utilizing a menu planning software in accordance with USDA guidelines and Aramark menu strategy.
- Maintains required documentation for USDA, state, local, client guidelines related to meal services (i.e. Nutrient Analysis of menu, CN/PFS labels, USDA Workbooks, etc.)
- Coordinating use of USDA Foods/Commodities within menus. Supporting with annual USDA Foods orders.
- Supports Food Management Process, oversees purchasing compliance & accuracy to menu, as needed supporting reviewing food orders.
- Manages vendor/supplier relationships to ensure accurate stocking, availability, and delivery of food items.
- Visits school cafes on a regular basis to assess operations utilizing audit tools (Controlling Food Cost, School Allergen Readiness Plan, Administrative Review Preparedness).
- Assists with new employee training in areas such as adhering to food safety standards, menu & recipe compliance, and portioning.
- Provide support and assistance to students who require accommodation for dietary needs or food allergies, may include menu development and training of front-line associates.
- Support adherence to all client nutrition & wellness policies and contract requirements
- Educates clients and consumers, regarding healthy food choices through school training and community outreach.

- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, or RDN Eligible within 6 months of hire.
- Completed a minimum of a bachelor?s degree and course work accredited or approved by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
- Registered Dietitian with Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR): Successful completion of internship program (ACEND), satisfactory score on an exam, plus fulfillment of continuing education requirements).
- Maintain applicable additional certifications, registrations, licenses, or credentials
- Ability to maintain a friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and problem solve with little oversight or direction
