JOB SUMMARY

The Commercialization Manager is the quarterback of go-to-market and commercialization efforts across all products. This role ensures that each product release, enhancement, and new offering is positioned for success by aligning resources, driving cross-functional execution, and supporting Product Managers with commercialization tasks such as pricing, packaging, messaging, and launch readiness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercialization Leadership

• Serve as the central point of coordination for all commercialization efforts across the product portfolio.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

Product Manager Support

• Partner closely with Product Managers to support commercialization tasks like:

  • Sales enablement needs
  • Enabling professional services
  • Provide templates, playbooks, and coaching to help PMs deliver consistent commercialization artifacts and outputs.

Launch Execution & Readiness

• Ensure all required materials and processes are in place for successful launch (e.g., sales enablement content, training modules, support documentation, release communications).

• Track progress against key commercialization milestones and proactively escalate risks.

• Own internal communication of what is launching, when, and why it matters.

Operational Excellence

• Continuously improve commercialization processes and rituals—intake, scoping, planning, and go-to-market workflows.

• Standardize tools, templates, and KPIs used across product lines.

• Identify opportunities to increase speed, reduce friction, and strengthen cross-team visibility.

Market & Business Alignment

• Ensure commercialization plans align with company strategy, revenue targets, market needs, and partner commitments.

• Provide input into quarterly and annual planning on commercialization capacity and readiness.

Commercialization Manager

SUMMARY: This role provides cross-functional execution and support that drive APC performance and optimizes our business processes between finance, plant operations, R&D, supply chain, demand & production planning.

Lead and ensure that projects meet established success criteria in a timely manner. Provide continuing technical support for existing brands. Manages tasks and activities associated with the commercialization of new products or technologies.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Monitors status of key deliverables.
  • Works with stakeholders to resolve unexpected events as necessary, while ensuring successful deliverable dates occur as scheduled.
  • Interact with R&D teams, functional support and geographic managers to consider and plan for commercialization support.
  • Produce weekly reporting and plans that capture upcoming milestones, events and key deliverables.
  • Partner with Leadership to set the business technology agenda, closing the gap between translating the business needs into suitable technology solves.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of roadmap via effective project & stakeholder management.
  • Develop and deliver timely and concise training sessions with appropriate materials to ensure clear understanding of new enhancements / features / or systems for Global Commercialization.

Prinston Pharmaceuticals is establishing its biologics and biosimilars division and seeks a strategic business development leader. Lead the identification of new portfolio products and secure key partnerships for the U.S. market. Competitive base salary with bonus eligibility and hybrid flexibility.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead evaluation and identification of new biologic and biosimilar products for the company’s portfolio; develop business cases and present recommendations to executive leadership
  • Drive and lead negotiations for licensing, co-development, and co-promotion agreements with external partners
  • Build and manage strategic alliances with pharmaceutical, biotech, and research organizations globally
  • Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams to execute alliance and commercialization strategies
  • Develop and implement U.S. market access and launch strategies for biosimilar products
  • Maintain and manage a comprehensive database of current and future biosimilar pipeline opportunities
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive branded biologics, and emerging formulations within the U.S. market
  • Establish and lead robust forecasting and analytical processes for each portfolio asset, incorporating U.S.-specific considerations such as ASP dynamics, payer contracting, and reimbursement landscape
  • Support long-term growth strategy aligned with U.S. business objectives


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Business, Marketing, or related field required; Master’s degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including at least 5 years managing a portfolio of projects
  • Demonstrated success in U.S. pharmaceutical commercialization, including strong understanding of market access, pricing, payer, provider, and GPO dynamics
  • Proven experience negotiating and executing licensing or strategic partnership agreements
  • Direct experience in U.S. biosimilar commercialization strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, execution, and change management capabilities within a global matrix organization
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, and capable of managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally

Key Responsibilities:

Main Ingredients of the Job 

As a US FOODS®Delivery Truck Driver you will be critical to the US FOODS®team and one of the important faces of our organization. As a delivery truck driver, you will have an impact on our customers by delivering our meats, produce, frozen goods, groceries, dry goods, equipment, and supplies to their drop-off sites. Your efforts are the foundation that defines US FOODS® success based on our pillars of cultural beliefs, work ethic, collaborative spirit, and service. 

  • Deliver best-in-class Customer Service.  

  • Deliver customer’s orders to meet scheduled delivery times and keep productivity. 

  • Unload products with a hand truck and place items in customer storage area.  

  • Able to perform repeated, manual heavy lifting of items up to 80 pounds. 

  • Make frequent stops during a work shift.  

  • Deliver product in inclement weather conditions.  

  • Verify delivery of items with customers. 

  • Collect money (cash or checks) where needed.  

What you bring to the table 

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.  

  • Must have valid CDL A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT (Department of Transportation) qualified.  

  • Minimum six months commercial truck driving experience or three months of foodservice or food and beverage truck delivery experience required.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.  The expected base rate for this role is between $24.00 and $26.00.

This role will also receive incentive compensation. ​
