RWJBarnabas Health, in conjunction with Rutgers Health, invites applications for a full time faculty position in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Community Medical Center. The Department is responsible for all anatomic and clinical laboratory services at Community Medical Center, a 592 bed facility located in Toms River, New Jersey. The successful candidate will be a member of the Anatomic and Clinical Pathology team, consulting with clinical staff.This is a general pathology service, although subspecialty expertise in cytopathology is desirable.

An MD, DO, or MBBS is required along with board certification or board eligibility in AP/CP is required. Academic rank and compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and academic experience. Women and diverse candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Paid Transparency: If hired, the anticipated salary range for this position is $350,000 to $450,000 per year.   The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience

Role: Sr. Loan Administration Specialist

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Required Skills:

• Education & Experience5–10 years of loss mitigation experience with VA, USDA, and FHA loans, including at least 2 years of FNMA loss mitigation experience
• 2–5 years of experience in mortgage servicing, banking, or financial services, with 3–5 years of customer service experience
• Strong understanding of the delinquency lifecycle from early stage through post-conveyance
• Substantial knowledge of investor loss mitigation alternatives and requirements
• Proficiency in FNMA systems (e.g., SMDU, LSDU, Property360, Asset Management Network) and government servicing platforms such as VALERI and USDA LINC
• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Behaviors Exceptional customer service orientation with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to work through ambiguous or complex situations and see tasks through from start to finish
