Now we’re scaling fast – and we need a HUNGRY Wholesale Sales Manager who lives for the chase and refuses to take “we’ll think about it” for an answer. This is not a cushy corporate gig. What You’ll Do (and dominate)
- Hunt relentlessly: generate your own leads (Instagram DMs, store visits, competitor intel – whatever it takes)
- Master cold outreach: calls, emails, walk-ins – you thrive on it and turn “no” into “hell yes”

- Close wholesale accounts with boutiques, concept stores, and multi-brand retailers across the US, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East
- Own your territory and numbers – smash monthly targets and stack uncapped commissions
- Rep the brand in person at Coterie NY, Paris Fashion Week showrooms, LA Market Week, and pop-ups – charm buyers face-to-face and walk away with orders
- Build a black book of the hottest boutique owners on the planet
- Collaborate directly with the founder on big-account strategy (think go-sees at The Dreslyn, Lisa Says Gah, Revolve, Free People, etc.)
Who You Are
- 1–4 years sales experience (fashion wholesale = huge plus, but raw hunger and proven results beat years on paper)
- Persuasive, polished, proactive, and a little ruthless when closing

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Assistant Store Manager
POSITION SCOPE: The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager and leadership team to elevate the in-store experienceby sharing the FoundRae mission andensuring each client encounter contributes to and builds ongoing, trusting relationships to drive sales. Set the standard as a Jewelry Stylist leader and act as a liaison between the sales team and leadership.
Support the Store Manager through the sharing of educational and training materials, assist with day-to-day retail store operations, inventory management and studio management. Ensure a warm, pleasant and inviting environment for clients and visitors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clientele Management and Sales
- Embody the FoundRae standard of client experience, lead and coach the sales team for selling and relationship excellence
- Ensure the continuous development of excellent client relationships by creating and celebrating memorable moments for our clients and visitors
- Continuously build, develop and maintain authentic relationships and communicate the brand’s mission
- Assist clients with finding the perfect pieces; listen to their requests and present appropriate product
- Effectively communicate product knowledge, staying up to date as new styles are introduced

- Learn Shopify POS and Endear client management and act as subject matter expert

Visual Merchandising
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained, check displays daily to ensure full product exposure

- Ensure that the store and environment is demonstrative of the FoundRae brand aesthetic and all displays are neatly organized and planned
Management
- Manage sales associates’ day-to-day tasks, guiding time management and prioritization
- Ensure mock-ups are taken in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure lookbooks are created and sent in a timely manner
- Make sure associates complete client outreach daily through Endear
- Aid in supervising schedule changes
- Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of retail workspace and studio
- Conduct end of day closing sign offs to ensure associates have completed closing tasks, floor sweep
- Share weekly summary of Client and Sales team requests/pain points with Store Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years in retail management experience and at least 2 years within the luxury marketplace; fine jewelry experience a plus
- Previous experience with CRM systems, Endear experience a plus
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal
- Able to work a flexible schedule including peak periods weekends, holidays and evenings

The FSQA Supervisor for Manufacturing is responsible for all supporting food safety and quality assurance related Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in adherence with regulatory and SQF standards. The position supervises and supports all hourly Team Members (TMs). This will include effectively helping to manage the Quality Assurance TMs whilst ensuring compliance to our manufacturing, food safety and quality standards, which includes approved processes, policies and procedures.
Shift: Sunday-Wednesday 6pm-4:30am
Essential Functions

- Maintain accurate documentation regarding GMPs, HACCP, Holds, and any other FSQA requirements.
- Provide and oversee inspection activity for products throughout the production cycle.

- Use structured problem solving and sound process design skills to improve operations as it relates to the product safety

Required Education and Experience
- Associate degree or related leadership work experience.
- At least 3 years of work experience in quality assurance should be combined with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments as a FSQA leader, and with satisfying customers in technology-driven, developing companies.
- Ready to eat (RTE) experience a plus
- SQF practitioner and/or experience with SQF a plus
- Food Safety Manager certification a plus

We are seeking an experienced sourcing manager to join our Procurement team as a "Sourcing Strategy Manager, Protein". In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to improve our cost structure, the quality of our products, the reliability of our supply chain, and will play a leading role in supporting innovation through new product development. You will have key responsibilities over SKU ideation and onboarding, vendor selection and relationships, price negotiations and contract management, budgetary planning and continuously improving our end-to-end sourcing process.
In this role, you will help drive the strategy and framework for how the business interacts with its supplier base and have a direct stake in affecting bottom line profitability.

- Take full ownership of assigned categories to develop and optimize our supply network.
- Refine and implement a sourcing and supply chain strategy for a selection of categories that optimizes process, reduces risk, and improves our cost structure
- Build and maintain a strong supplier base that align with our company values; own relationships with our strategic suppliers, including performance management and innovation activities
- Manage cost savings initiatives through our strategic sourcing process to ensure that we hit our targeted budget
- Leverage large internal datasets and industry benchmarks (including market, supplier, and SKU analysis) to drive continuous improvement, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and identify/implement best practices
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement, both internally and externally through data-driven reporting and effective project management to identify and drive opportunities for quality improvement and implement best practices
- Onboard new vendors and new SKUs to drive cost savings and improve customer experience
- Proactively manage quality specifications and potential issues that might impact ingredient standards
- Work with the Procurement Operations Team to set execution plans and develop best practices for tracking contract compliance by our vendors

- 3-5 years of relevant experience working with relevant industries in supply chain operations and strategic sourcing functions; or working in operations strategy focused management consulting
- 3+ years in category management of protein (meat, seafood, dairy)
- Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience successfully leading large initiatives and sourcing events through strategic sourcing processes
