The Senior Vendor Management Analyst plays a critical role in strengthening BJβs technology vendor and asset management capabilities. This position partners closely with IT, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors to ensure effective governance, financial transparency, compliance, and performance across BJβs technology vendor portfolio. The role has a strong focus on Software Asset Management (SAM), including oversight of enterprise tooling (e.g., Flexera/Flexera One), data quality, license compliance, and optimization insights. In addition, the Senior Vendor Management Analyst supports vendor budgeting, performance management, and contract management maturity, helping define best practices and drive continuous improvement across processes and outcomes. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Responsibilities and duties that are associated with the Senior Vendor Management Analyst include, but are not limited to, the following:
Software Asset Management
- Manage team member performing day-to-day administration of Flexera/Flexera One, including data imports, normalization, license modeling updates, and system configuration tasks.
- Monitor data quality, license compliance positions, resolve ingestion errors, and maintain integration health across connected systems (e.g., SCCM, ServiceNow) and develop plant to mitigate
- Continue to improve our discovery and monitoring capabilities to ensure complete and accurate coverage
- Identify cost savings and optimization opportunities, such as unused licenses, right sizing subscriptions, or consolidating tools and vendors.
Vendor Budget Planning and Management
- Work closely with VMO Manager, Finance and technology leadership to support annual planning and budgeting process from an external spend perspective
- Develop and streamline reporting
Vendor Performance and Relationship Management
- Support the team in applying vendor management standards for assigned vendor tiers (prepare templates, meeting agendas, and performance trackers).
- Upskill BJs team members on vendor relationship management practices
- Help improve vendor performance and develop strong vendor relationships
- Support vendor onboarding/offboarding checklists and documentation and tracking vendor metrics
Vendor and Contract Management Maturity
- Work with technology leaders to define what βgoodβ looks like for vendor and contract management and develop a prioritized roadmap needed to get there
- Help execute against the maturity roadmap to mature vendor management and contract management processes, practices, to deliver better outcomes
- Collaborate with technology teams and procurement to ensure purchase data, entitlement records, and contract information are accurately represented
- Provide on-demand analytical support to the VMO Manager & Tech Leadership for executive reporting, budget tracking, and contract assessments.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Asset Management, IT Vendor Management or related IT governance roles
- Proven hands-on experience with Flexera Software Asset Management (Flexera/Flexera One) or similar enterprise SAM tools.
- Strong understanding of software licensing for major vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, IBM, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).

The expected base pay range for this position is $137,000 to $236,325.
This position is eligible for a company car through the Companyβs FLEET program.

- Partners with Facility Technician to perform cleaning duties on equipment as outlined in preventative maintenance guide
- Performs minor painting as approved / directed by General Manager and Facilities Technician
- Use all janitorial supplies in accordance to product labels and club manuals
- Report all newly identified facility maintenance issues via Service Channel
- Report any member complaints to the General Manager
Organization Relationships:
Partners with the Facilities Technician and reports to the General Manager. The club attendant will regularly interact with club management, team members and members.

Perform and supervise a variety of activities involving the physical care of and sports equipment support for Georgia Tech sport club athletes. May include prevention and treatment of injuries; therapy, coordination of medications, first aid/CPR training, equipment movement and storage; and liaison with physician and healthcare facilities. The hiring range for this position in California is $85,000 - $106,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidateβs geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. What will you do?
- Supervise all team members and ensure food preparation and production meets quality standards

Job Description Summary:
Neuro Interventional Radiology
The NIR Technologist must be competent as the assistant to the Interventional Neurologist for diagnostic and interventional procedures in roles that include scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating. The technologist must have knowledge of the X-ray equipment in use, hemodynamic monitoring, cerebral and peripheral anatomy, and sterile technique.
Arrhythmia (EP) Specific:
The EP Radiologic Technologist must be competent as the assistant to the Electrophysiologist for non-invasive and invasive procedures. The technologist must have knowledge of the X-ray equipment in use, arrhythmia monitoring, cardio structures, anatomy of the heart chambers, and sterile technique.
Vascular Interventional (VIR) Specific:
The VIR Radiologic Technologist must be competent as the assistant to the Interventional Radiologist for minimally invasive, image-guided vascular procedures in roles that include scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating. The technologist must have knowledge of the various imaging equipment in use including fluoroscopy, computed tomography (CT), and ultrasound.
Neuro Interventional Specific:
The Neuro Interventional Radiologic Technologist must be competent as the assistant to the Neuro Interventional Radiologist for diagnostic and interventional procedures. The technologist must have knowledge of the X-ray equipment in use, hemodynamic monitoring, cerebral angiogram coiling, avascular malformations, stroke interventions and sterile technique.

The Senior Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist must be competent as the assistant to the Interventional Cardiologist for coronary, peripheral, and structural heart procedures. The Senior Technologist must meet all requirements of the procedural job code: knowledge of the X-ray equipment in use, hemodynamic monitoring, coronary and peripheral anatomy, sterile technique and knowledgeable of all inventory items and equipment in the department.
Requirements:
1. The Senior Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist must be an active, effective preceptor for new associates and students.
2. Competent to scrub and circulate all coronary cases including complex PCI and brachytherapy; Ventricular assist devices (IABP, IMPELLA and ECMO); all peripheral vascular cases including venous procedures (IVC reconstruction) and all Structural Heart Procedures including aortic and mitral valves and ASD/PFO. Must rotate through all labs including the HVL at least twice a month.
3. Competent to float to Arrythmia Services and Hybrid Lab to assist with procedures.
4. Must be FT or PT rostered FTE
5. 1-3 yearsβ experience in hospital CVL department
Arrhythmia (EP) Specific:

3. 1-3 years in hospital IR department

Assists Radiation Safety officer in QA of labs and radiation protective apparel on regular basis. Performs tasks using radiation safety principles; checks lead aprons for tears; reports findings and removes inadequate gear from service; maintains accurate records or work with Radiology department to maintain records.
