The Opportunity

β€’ Manage other engineering design firms, equipment vendors, construction firms, and internal/external stakeholders as required to execute projects.

The Role:

The primary responsibility of the Senior Preconstruction Manager is to intake and steer construction opportunities through the RFP stage of estimating and preconstruction, all the way through a successful buyout and purchasing phase, before turning the project over to Operations.
