EY is seeking a motivated professional with solid experience in the utilities sector to serve as a Senior Manager who possesses a robust background in Data Architecture, Data Modernization, End to end Data capabilities, AI, Gen AI, Agentic AI, preferably with a power systems / electrical engineering background and having delivered business use cases in Transmission / Distribution / Generation / Customer. To qualify for the role, you must have
- A Bachelor’s degree required in STEM
- 12+ years professional consulting experience in industry or in technology consulting.
- 12+ years hands-on experience in architecting, designing, delivering or optimizing data lake solutions.
- 5+ years’ experience with native cloud products and services such as Azure or GCP.
- 8+ years of experience mentoring and leading teams of data architects and data engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and professional development.
- In-depth knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices, including data modelling, data warehousing, data lakes, and data integration.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large data engineering teams to design and build platforms with complex architectures and diverse features including various data flow patterns, relational and no-SQL databases, production-grade performance, and delivery to downstream use cases and applications.
- Hands-on experience in designing end-to-end architectures and pipelines that collect, process, and deliver data to its destination efficiently and reliably.
- Proficiency in data modelling techniques and the ability to choose appropriate architectural design patterns, including Data Fabrics, Data Mesh, Lake Houses, or Delta Lakes.
- Manage complex data analysis, migration, and integration of enterprise solutions to modern platforms, including code efficiency and performance optimizations.
- Previous hands‑on coding skills in languages commonly used in data engineering, such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Ability to design data solutions that can scale horizontally and vertically while optimizing performance.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes for managing data workloads.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $144,000 to $329,100. The Senior Client Service Manager, Relationship Management plays the critical role of primary relationship owner and interface between our plan sponsors and Schwab. You would be responsible for oversight of all aspects of retirement plan recordkeeping and administration. In this capacity, you will consistently explore and discover client and consultant needs by engaging in face-to-face meetings, asking well-defined, open-ended questions to clearly uncover new business opportunities and identify relationship challenges. The Senior Client Service Manager, Relationship Management will work together, as a team, with their Client Relationship Practice Leader and Client Relationship Administrators to provide a coordinated approach of client service delivery in support of plan administration requirements and unique client needs. The goal of these team-based efforts will be to drive higher levels of client retention, client satisfaction, and expansion of the overall Schwab relationship with assigned practice clients. In meeting and exceeding these duties, you are expected to understand and adhere to Schwab policies and practices and will play a key role in the mitigation of operational and financial risk to Schwab. The Senior Client Service Manager, Relationship Management will typically provide comprehensive client relationship support for clients that have enhanced complexity and assets totaling $500M to $1B.

Required Qualifications:
- 10 + years of experience working with large, complex employer sponsored Retirement Plans.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- High degree of integrated benefit services experience with comprehensive knowledge of equity compensation plan (stock options, restricted stock, SARs, ESPP), administration and plan design and administration for qualified retirement and non-qualified executive deferred compensation plans.
- Thorough understanding of retirement and benefit plan industry trends, ongoing regulatory and legislative processes impacting the client base and ERISA related regulations.
- Thorough knowledge of investment products and platforms including passive and active Mutual Funds, ETFs, CTFs, Money Market Funds, Charles Schwab Bank investment products, in-plan advice and guidance, and managed account services.

The AI Finance Senior Manager is a crucial role responsible for supporting the Finance Applications Data Lead in executing the overall data management strategy for finance applications. To qualify for the role, you must have

Role Overview:
The Material Planning Senior Manager will lead material planning, with direct responsibility for developing and managing processes and monitoring operating strategies in collaboration with cross-functional business partners. - Manage SAVIOM planning system daily
- Ensure materials are available to meet production timelines while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
- Develop and maintain mid- to long-term material requirements plans based on the master production schedule (MPS), customer forecasts, and inventory strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish, align and maintain tactical range assumptions and corresponding production plans that consider capacity, lifecycle management, and regulatory requirements

Who You Are:

The Client Service Manager, Relationship Management in the Mega Market segment ($1B plus AUM), plays the critical role of relationship management and interface between our largest plan sponsors and Schwab. You will work as a team, with the Director level Client Service Manager, their Client Relationship Practice Leader and Client Service Specialist to provide a coordinated approach of client service delivery in support of plan administration requirements and unique client needs. The goal of these team-based efforts will be to drive higher levels of client retention, client satisfaction, and expansion of the overall Schwab relationship with assigned practice clients. In addition, the goal of the Client Service Manager, Relationship Management will be to learn and develop under more tenured Director Level Client Service Managers to pursue a thoughtful succession plan for SRPS's largest client relationships. In meeting and exceeding these duties, the Manager, Client Service Manager is expected to understand and adhere to Schwab policies and practices and will play a key role in the mitigation of operational and financial risk to Schwab. You will typically provide comprehensive client relationship support for clients that have enhanced complexity and assets totaling more than $5B.
What you're responsible for
- Support 1-3 Mega Market client relationships in a team-based fashion.
