Job Summary:
As a Client Manager, your primary responsibility is to develop new business with assigned large corporations, a journey from the first contact to the first transaction.
- You will excel in understanding the client risk landscape, their risk management strategy and priorities, and how Beazley's products, solutions and services can be deployed to help them reach their objectives.
- You will also demonstrate your ability to navigate the broker relationship(s), brokers being key business partners.
- Your consultative and holistic approach will help you to originate and develop new risk-financing-related business opportunities. Your focus on delivering innovative tailor-made solutions, as a superior alternative to commoditized insurance products will foster the "Customer Experience" and establish new win-win partnerships.
- Whilst you will be a first-class negotiator with the client and his/her brokers, you will also prove to be a convincing ambassador internally to obtain the buy-in of the senior management, shape, align and lead cross-functional teams for results.

Professional Experience:

- Proficiency in capital markets instruments and corporate finance, with proven experience in engaging with CFOs and Treasurers.
- Track record of dealing with complex insurance and innovative risk financing transactions, incl. with (re)insurance captive companies and ART (alternative risk transfer) solutions.

Salary for this role will be tailored to the successful individual's location and experience. The expected compensation range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year plus discretionary annual bonus.

HDR Engineering is currently seeking Project Managers/Routing and Siting Leads to join our growing and nationally ranked team of Environmental and Power Delivery professionals in our North Central Region (the states of CO, IA, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, MO, ND, SD, WI, WY).
Primary Responsibilities:
In the role of a Project Manager/Routing and Siting Lead, we'll count on you to:
- Lead renewables and substation siting efforts as well as transmission line routing and siting for projects HDR's North Central Region.
- The ideal candidate has prior experience managing and providing technical leadership on projects and is looking for a broader, leadership role overseeing all aspects of larger and more complex projects.

R Systems is a global firm with offices in 16 countries. We are expanding our Public Sector Practice in Sacramento, CA and we are seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented, and results-driven Leader. You will lead project delivery for about 75-80% of the time and lead pre-sales the rest of the time. Project Delivery will comprise of the project-based role of a Project Manager, Delivery Director, Engagement Director, Program Director, or Senior Architect. Responsibilities
- Manage current clients and billable resources for ensuring smooth delivery of all projects. Guarantee client satisfaction with regular check-ins
- Lead the Capture/Pre-RFP activity of strategic and tactical leads/opportunities and provide partnerships to internal R Systems leadership team.
- Lead complex, large, high-speed and most-cost effective RFP responses as a Proposal Manager including proposal planning, story boarding, sourcing, developing approach, conducting pink/red team reviews and production.
- Manage an offshore team of pre-sales and develop an inclusive, high-performance team and culture of winning that will double RFP selection/win rate.
- Successfully run fast-turn around searches for resources usually within a week of RFP/Solicitation release when internal candidates are not available.
- Lead the technical writing from story boarding/concept phase to final approval after review and revise cycles. This includes a technical approach responding to Statement of Work from RFP, and many other areas.
- Negotiate the best rate or salary with candidates confirming to the rate-cards available within the Master Services Agreements.
- Partner with the vendors, suppliers, staffing firms, team partners and other resources to identify, engage, evaluate, and recruit candidates for proposal submissions.
- Review leads/pipeline for identifying high-probability opportunities for Capture and pre-RFP campaign. Lead Capture work for 2-3 opportunities every quarter.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Communicate with HUB associates, clients and carriers via phone and email to provide answers to questions or concerns relevant to commercial lines policies and products
- Run Motor Vehicle Reports and accurately advise clients if employees are eligible drivers
- Sort, scan and process all new mail items
- Deliver policies in a timely manner and in the format in which the Client Manager advises
- Request, process and handle mid-term change requests
- Properly document all communication and activity with HUB associates, clients and carriers to maintain compliance and organization
