The RN Resident coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN Resident provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” The RN Resident serves as an advocate for patients, families and caregivers to support an unparalleled patient experience.

What will you do in this role:

• Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift as scheduled, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Perform the administration of prescribed medications. Monitor patient for therapeutic response. Notify provider and intervene as appropriate in the event of an unintended response to medication.
• Perform exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests. Strive to anticipate patient needs and resolve them proactively.

In this role, you will:

• Create bold, fresh, future‑focused exterior design concepts through traditional sketching and digital workflows (2D and 3D).

• Partner frequently with sculpting, engineering, and fabrication to refine and execute designs that meet performance, feasibility, and aesthetic goals.

• Strong presentation skills and comfort sharing ideas with leadership.

The Operations Supervisor provides leadership across production shifts and operational areas, driving performance, safety, and reliability. This role leads teams, collaborates cross-functionally, and plays a key part in strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

7 Days On / 7 Days Off (Rotating Schedule)

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate scheduled downtimes with production departments.
• Communicate production issues to the Operations Superintendent and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage assigned production areas as directed.
• Support the development and execution of site safety initiatives.
• Perform administrative duties including planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Promote and adhere to all safety regulations; report hazardous conditions immediately.
• Assist in executing production activities aligned with the operations plan.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within mining or heavy industrial environments.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying seasonal conditions.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders, work from elevated platforms, and use hand tools.

Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager plays a central leadership role on the Buccan team, supporting all aspects of FOH operations, team development, scheduling, and guest experience. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in a high-energy, guest-first environment and understands the importance of leading by example, developing people, and delivering excellence every shift.

You’ll work closely with the General Manager to execute service at the highest level, maintain strong systems and accountability, and contribute to a culture that values creativity, precision, and hospitality above all.

Leadership & Culture

• Serve as a visible, active floor leader and coach to all FOH team members.

Guest Experience & Floor Management

• Resolve guest concerns gracefully and in alignment with Buccan’s high standards.
• Lead pre-shift meetings that energize and align the team around daily goals and details.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant ambiance, including lighting, music, cleanliness, and table presentation.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Execute daily opening and closing procedures with consistency and precision.
• Support cross-departmental collaboration between FOH, BOH, bar, and leadership team.

Financial & Administrative

• Maintain accuracy and integrity of Toast POS across all shifts.
• Responsible for accurate and complete cash-outs and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Oversee and execute all FOH scheduling, ensuring appropriate coverage based on sales forecasts, labor targets, and team availability.
• Input invoices and run reports to track inventory and performance.
• Monitor labor costs, contribute to P&L analysis, and participate in cost center management.
• Ensure thorough documentation of all employee-related matters in Pro Work.

Team Development & Support

• Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new FOH team members.
• Set clear expectations and provide real-time coaching and regular performance feedback.
• Create a structured, supportive environment for team development and retention.
• Support new hire training, compliance paperwork, and continued education efforts.

A confidential, soon-to-launch beauty brand is seeking a highly creative and strategic Art Director / Graphic Designer to help shape and execute its visual identity ahead of a major Earth Day launch. This is a hybrid, temp-to-perm opportunity based in Coconut Grove, working directly with the Founder and Chief Brand Officer to build a refined, elevated, and system-driven brand world from the ground up.

About the Brand

This emerging skincare brand is built on one belief: The body already knows what to do — it just needs the essentials.

Launching on Earth Day (April 22), the brand prioritizes education, clean formulation, ingredient integrity, and ritual over routine. The aesthetic blends clinical credibility with editorial minimalism and modern apothecary energy.

The Role

This position requires both hands-on design execution and art direction oversight. You must be able to design daily, think systemically, and protect brand integrity at every touchpoint.

As the brand prepares for launch, you will lead the design and creative direction of:

• Educational, minimal informational assets
• Ingredient storytelling visuals
• Clinical data and formulation breakdown graphics
• Product reveal systems (including a 3-product ritual + hero SKU launch)
• Launch campaign creative
• Social media feed architecture + template systems
• Landing page and e-commerce visuals
• Pre-sale and launch materials
• Packaging support and scent storytelling
• Ongoing campaign refreshes post-launch

Design Language & Aesthetic Direction

The visual identity should reflect:

• Luxury restraint
• Editorial structure
• Texture-forward visuals
• Earth-tone palettes (stone, bone, sand, muted clay)
• Clean typography systems
• Intentional negative space
• Clinical but warm minimalism

Avoid:

• Over-designed graphics

Key Responsibilities

• Build and refine brand design systems (grids, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy)
• Partner closely with Founder + Chief Brand Officer on campaign creative direction
• Execute digital and print design deliverables
• Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Translate scientific and formulation data into digestible visual narratives
• Create moodboards and art direction references for campaigns and shoots
• Maintain organized asset libraries and brand files
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and social teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in graphic design and/or art direction
• Strong portfolio within beauty, wellness, fashion, or luxury brands
• Exceptional typography and visual hierarchy skills
• Experience building brand systems (not just standalone social posts)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, pre-launch environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Miami-based or willing to work hybrid in Coconut Grove

• You will review and evaluate all activations for triage-level appropriateness and assist with admission consultations as directed by the primary trauma surgeon. 

• You will respond to in-house trauma patients’ critical needs and facilitate psychosocial support. 

• You will mentor ED and in patient nurses caring for trauma patients and assist in training and in-servicing needs. 

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state which you practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license. 

• Certifications needed within 30 days of hire: BLS, ACLS and PALS. 

• TNCC Certification is required within 6 months of start date. 

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher is required, BSN or MSN Preferred. 

• One or more years in direct trauma resuscitation nursing care delivery.
