Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track all warranty requests for commercial HVAC and Plumbing projects

The Assistant Project Manager is an entry level role that supports the Project Management team in both preconstruction and active construction phases. This position assists with coordinating and tracking all project documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

Water Treatment Technical Service Rep. is responsible for providing technical/troubleshooting assistance, general product information, warranty assistance, and limited parts order processing on product that requires extensive product knowledge. Their primary customers are wholesalers (Plumbing and Pump and Well), plumbers, welldriller/pump installers, water treatment professionals, general contractors, service professionals, facility maintenance personnel, architects, engineers and other professionals responsible for ensuring equipment isspecified and serviced properly. Water Treatment Technical Service Rep. also works to assist callers to repair existing equipment or replace equipment when needed.
Responsibilities
Often serves as the main contact to our company for water treatment questions and equipment information.
Receives calls about treatment equipment and techniques.
Providing water analysis interpretation and product recommendation.
Trouble shoot equipment problems in the field and direct proper repair procedures recommending parts.
Assist with sizing water treatment based on facility size and water usage. Assisting with installation procedures.
Referring homeowners and potential customers to dealers and distributors for water treatment sales and service.
Quote specific commercial/industrial water treatment equipment utilizing engineered drawings and specs provided by customers.
Perform audits and modifications when needed on bill of materials for equipment builds.
Perform quality control functions and programming inspections on all commercial and industrial equipment before it leaves Water-Right.
Work internally on product improvement and advancement of new and existing products.
Test and vet out issues that are identified either internally or through feedback of dealers and distributors.
Provide technical data to internal Marketing Department for literature, and spec sheets on equipment.
Provide specifications of equipment to caller inquiries.
Check availability of parts for dealers and distributors to assist in order entry.
Other responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
Qualifications
Assoicate Degree in related field preferred
3+ years of related work experience or training (mechanical aptitude in lieu of water treatment)
Experience in installation, sizing, repair, troubleshooting. (Mechanical products)
Water chemistry knowledge or background a plus, not required.
Pump and well knowledge a plus, not required.
Ability/aptitude for all skills listed in the primary function above
Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
Good financial and business acumen
Good typing/keyboarding skills
Computer literacy and navigation skills: Ability to navigate between applications (often within one call)including but not limited to ASI, Sales Force, InContact, multiple order processing systems (portals,GUIs, etc.), SAP, warranty processing, and more.

Job Summary
As an ECommerce Specialist, you will create and implement strategies that make online transactions possible while supporting our growing e-commerce business for Chair King Backyard Store and Fortunoff Backyard Store. The ECommerce specialist reports to the Sr. ECommerce Specialist supporting the Ecommerce business and the overall digital experience strategy. This highly collaborative role will work closely with several internal and external teams.
The position is responsible for cataloging all products for online sale efforts through defined guidelines, efficient use of content management systems and adherence to productivity benchmarks. The ideal candidate will be an out of the box thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Site Operations and Production:
- Category management, including creating new products, adjusting collections within FROG and BigCommerce.
- Coordinate with Buyers on content aggregation and classification into our catalog.
- Ensure product is accurately classified based upon company taxonomy.
- Create product and image titles/descriptions with SEO guideline adherence.
- Coordinate with the Studio Production team to request necessary photo shoots for catalog implementation.
- Incorporate value added content into each product where applicable/relevant: warranty information (tag eligible products within SureBright Warranty), care instructions, feature/benefits. Add meta descriptions to products by using AI Copywriter.
- Create parent SKUs with variant options.
- Website troubleshoot and management, working with internal and external partners as needed.

- Site Conversion Rate Optimization:
- Collaborate on web changes and development updates for websites based on current business prioritization.
- Understand basic user experience in order to test web changes and development updates.

Job Title: Facilities/Space Planner: II (Intermediate)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Program Coordinator to start ASAP for a 6-month contract with the option to extend up to one year and potential for future hire. This role is preferably onsite. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of facility or building maintenance experience, preferably within a multi-unit retail environment, along with strong technical knowledge of building systems and industry trends, proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, the ability to manage a high volume of projects in a fast-paced environment, and availability to travel as needed.
Day to Day:
This position is responsible for managing the resolution of facility related repair and maintenance issues associated with owned or leased premises and to continuously deliver a safe, secure and comfortable environment for our customers and team members.
1. Manage repair and maintenance program for all stores in your respective territory. (40%)
2. Manage Landlord Maintenance issues, including any dispute resolution necessary to get Landlords to make repairs as required under the the lease. (10%)
3. Analyze root cause of reported facility issue, establish scope of work and required specifications, engage vendors, control bid process and recommend approval of related expense to coordinate the resolution of the repair. (10%)
4. Verify invoices for accuracy, performance of contracted repairs, warranty adherence, appropriate accounting codes, required signatures and accurate data entry to ensure appropriate payment by organization. (5%)
5. Collect, compile and record all email, phone and mailed documentation to maintain complete electronic archive and hard copy history of store repairs including initial requests, quotes, contracts, required approvals, warranties, completion results and invoices. (15%)
6. Direct, review and communicate with appropriate Store Team Members, Field Personnel, internal departments and interact with all corporate levels to provide customer service and support to ensure satisfactory completion of repair and maintenance issues and accurate appropriation of related expenses. (10%)
7. Verify competitive pricing across a wide range of service industries to ensure cost saving and value engineering through research and experience such as but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural, asphalt, concrete, flooring, roofing and general facility components. (5%)
8. Develop and expand vendor network to improve performance and reduce cost. (5%)
Qualifications:
Must Haves:
Minimum 3 yearsβ experience in facility or building maintenance (preferably in a multiple unit retail environment) to include technical knowledge and industry trends.
High school education required. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
