What You Will Do

Floating Integrated Team Counselor - Mobile - Part Time
ACCS Integrated Teams provide clinical interventions and peer and family support to facilitate engagement, support functioning and maximize symptom stabilization and self-management of individuals and to assist individuals in developing skills, establishing natural supports and resources to live successfully in the community.
Working as part of the ACCS team under the guidance of the Program Director, staff will provide services and interventions identified in the Treatment Plan, including education, supervision, and direct supports to allow individuals served to maintain their physical and emotional health, live safely in the community, and develop the skills necessary to meet their goals. Interactions will be guided by an appreciation for those being served as unique individuals and adults, with the expectation and goal of mutual learning and growth. Services will be provided in keeping with the CLS Division Mission Statement, program policies and guidelines and consistent with Riverside and Department of Mental Health standards and requirements. Staff may be called during non-scheduled times to ask if they are interested in providing additional hours to a home.
The Floating ITC will be connected to the mobile team office and supervised by the Clinical Director. They will demonstrate a knowledge and expertise in the various systems across the GLE programs and mobile team in order to seamlessly work out of any ACCS program, based on the needs of the programs at any given time. They will demonstrate flexibility in coverage day to day, and week to week, and utilize best practices in order to provide the best quality care to the people we serve in all ACCS programs. This position is a Friday through Sunday position only and hours will vary based on the needs of the program.
Schedule: Part Time, 20 hours
- Friday - 1pm to 5pm
- Saturday - 1pm to 9pm
- Sunday - 1pm to 9pm
Pay Rate: $21.37/hour

Crisis Specialist - Mobile Crisis Intervention - 1st Shift Weekends
The Crisis Specialist is an integral part of the Mobile Crisis Intervention Program. The MCI the program provides crisis intervention services 7 days per week, 24 hours per day either on-site or mobile to any individual experiencing a mental health and/or substance abuse crisis. In this bachelor-level role, the Crisis Specialist works as a member of a multi-disciplinary team devoted to crisis intervention and stabilization.
The Crisis Specialist will also:
- support master-level clinicians and Triage staff in providing MCI services to individuals
- help support individuals and their families and perform tasks such as assisting with the implementation of the disposition determined by the masterโs level clinician
- provide telephonic support, arranges for assessments to occur on site or in the community and organizes for transportation as needed
- secure placements in detox units, inpatient units and diversionary levels of care and coordinates the transfer of those served to these facilities
We are looking for an individual that is able to work under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing office environment.

Job summary: Provides indirect/direct patient care in the Women's Health setting. Meets the communication needs of the patient/family, departmental staff and medical staff. Prepares and compiles records in the Women's Health Unit. Initiates directions from physician and nursing staff. Participates in performance improvement activities. Maintains regulatory agency requirements, nursing and hospital policies and procedures and standards. Monitors security cameras. Assists RN with patient care as needed.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
* Prepares medical records for new admissions and discharged patients
* Obtains appropriate nursing staff to assist patients/physicians in the care of the patient.
* Transcribes physician's orders within one (1) hour after being written. Enters and verifies orders in the computer system
* Logs all patients on census sheets, pulls patients to census in Cerner and makes assignments in Care Connect upon admission, transfer, discharge or expiration. Assists with scheduling appointments for discharge follow up
