The RN Clinical Charge Nurse is responsible for directing and overseeing the daily activities of the unit on an assigned shift to assure successful safe delivery of care. The Charge Nurse is a caregiver and often takes modified patient care assignment. They practice in a clinical environment that is administered by Nurse Managers and other leaders and is supported through the WellStar Shared Governance Model. The framework for practice is steered by the WellStar Professional Nursing Practice Model and evidence based practice and research. RN competencies are derived from these models and supported by the WellStar Core Competencies.
The RN Clinical Charge Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed care givers who ensure that patients, families and significant others receive individualized high quality, safe patient care. Expectations of practice include: accountability; responsibility and authority for the practice of nursing; effective teamwork; delegation; communication; respect; personal development; and development of team members.
The role contributes to the establishment and maintenance of practices that ensure excellence in patient care, provides for the efficient use of resources, and undertakes leadership task such as staff schedules, unit patient flow, subject matter expertise for clinical concerns, physician rounding, committee involvement, survey readiness, and other task as assigned by the manager, which are basic to the department's ability to function in a smooth and effective manner.
The RN Clinical Charge Nurse is a resource to other areas opportunity to learn about operational functionality and hospital/facility awareness. He/she is assists in the growth and development of team members in the unit to help build department skills sets and to inspire expertise. This leader brings with him or her ability to build rapport between nurses and physicians to continue service to the patients and is a role model to others.
It is expected that all RN Clinical Charge Nurses are licensed, knowledgeable and uphold the practice of nursing as outlined by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and implements the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards put forth by the American Nurses Association. As a member of the patient services team, it is expected the individual upholds the voice of the patient, system policies and procedures while supporting service excellence goals. She/he possesses (advanced) clinical expertise and utilizes this expertise to support and promote the delivery of safe, age appropriate and culturally aware patient care and serves as a partner in care.

Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

Resources and Support
* Monitors equipment inventory, location and utilization to ensure staff have tools and equipment needed to perform their job.
* Participates in planning and requesting resources for providing high quality care and assists in acquiring appropriate staffing during unexpected staffing shortages or surges in census.
* Proactively plans for the care of patients across the care continuum in the course of giving direct patient care. Participates in the development of protocols and procedures when called upon or through self-initiation in collaboration with care managers and other members of the health care team to achieve best practice outcomes (i.e., decrease in re-admission rates; avoidable days; adverse events; etc).
Tactical Responsibilities

* Emergency Services: Assignments for sections, manage waiting room, multiple areas open at different times.

* Rounds on every patient daily to evaluate quality and appropriateness of patient care including corrective action when needed utilizing peer coaching and accountability.
* Performs or provides oversight for the Nursing Process (assessment; diagnosis; identification of outcomes; planning; implementation and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence base practice; analytical/critical thinking insuring that care is individualized; coordinating care through effective partnerships; caring is central to achieve optimal patient care outcomes.
* Provides or provides oversight for relationship based care delivery patient-centered care by partnering with the patient and significant others (as appropriate) using comprehensive hand-off communication processes; interdisciplinary evaluation and communication (i.e., unit rounds, case reviews, peer review, etc.); just in time and planned patient teaching; keeping the patient informed using appropriate communication tools and making the patients goals the focus of the plan of care.
* Practices using current clinical practice standards with a focus on safety and quality .
* Within the Emergency Department Setting: Charge Nurse rounds on patients in a modified method in conjunction with nurses to focus on patient safety concerns and patient care.
Teamwork and Collaboration
* Communicates with nurse manager and/or assistant nurse manager any needs or concerns pertaining to care delivery or employee performance.
* Coordinates the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care which includes promotion of interdisciplinary communication and regular interdisciplinary planning/rounds; completion of timely documentation and promotion of a respectful, inclusive clinical environment (Interdisciplinary rounds do not apply in the Emergency Services setting).
* Demonstrates teamwork and collaboration by practicing in a manner that is fiscally responsible and promotes the recruitment and retention of all healthcare team members.
* Participates and supports performance improvement inclusive of all stakeholders, research and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care including initiating and/or leading such activities as well as, promoting an inter/intra-disciplinary processes and actively supports/participates in shared governance at all levels in the system.
Professional Development
* Ensures patient/family/staff confidentiality and corporate compliance for self (and accountability for team members) requirements including completing all required mandatory education and proficiencies.

Role Summary: The Housing Retention Specialist will execute supportive services within NAICAโ€™s "light touch" supportive housing program. Their interventions aim to facilitate long-term housing stability, assisting formerly homeless families in averting eviction and avoiding a return to shelter. Managing a caseload of up to 20 households comprising formerly homeless individuals and families, the Specialist will conduct bi-weekly home visits post-move-in. As households acclimate to their new residences, service levels will be tailored accordingly, ensuring appropriateness for each household. Emphasizing prevention, efforts will focus on sustaining benefits/subsidies, preventing rent arrears, and facilitating referrals to community-based services for seamless community integration. Additionally, the Housing Retention Specialist serves as the conduit between social services and property management staff.

Primary Job Responsibilities/Duties:

The Housing Retention Specialist is responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Conduct regular home visits in tenant apartments and escort to appointments as needed.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to assess individuals and families observed and self-identified needs and create mutually agreed upon service plans.
  • Provide assistance obtaining and maintaining entitlements and benefits, including advocacy and guidance with subsidy recertification, Public Assistance, SSI/SSDI, voucher renewal, and SCRIE/DRIE applications and renewal.
  • Promote financial literacy including groups and workshops, individual sessions providing assistance creating and managing a household budget, referral to financial repair services, etc.
  • Connection to short-term rental assistance by referring households in need to the local Homebase provider and other rental assistance programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with electronic case records, Foothold/AWARDS a plus, and ability to learn new program.
  • Treat all clients, visitors, and employees with kindness, respect, and dignity.
  • Enforce facility rules and regulations to maintain compliance.
  • Attend staff meetings and serve on committees as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Role Summary/Purpose



The Production Supervisor at PCX Aerosystems Santa Ana, CA will lead daily operations in one of several departments at the plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Assignments may include time in the machine shop, assembly, test, overhaul and fuel tank departments. This role will lead a team of hourly production employees to meet orProexceed production, safety, quality goals and delivery goals while maintaining positive employee relations.



Essential Responsibilities




  • Oversight and management of front-line hourly manufacturing employees
  • Develop operational plans for assigned areas/departments of responsibility including, but not limited to: asset utilization, manufacturing loss improvements, delivery, budgets and effective scheduling of manpower / resources
  • Act as a focal point and monitor assigned areas to ensure hardware and subassemblies' delivery dates meet production needs
  • Coordinate the efforts of cross-functional groups and across shifts to resolve bottlenecks
  • Assure timely shipments to all customers
  • Drive process/product improvement programs in areas of responsibility
  • Enforce company policies
  • Lead cell/group to achieving goals and improvement in quality, delivery and cost reduction
  • Ensure communication of key business/customer issues to employees
  • Provide total cell/group leadership to continuously improve manufacturing, test, assembly and process for all assigned products/processes/areas as assigned
  • Advocate six sigma processes to all aspects of cell/group
  • Provide ongoing support in the scheduling of resources, technical leadership and facilitating the production process and flow of hardware to meet customer requirements
  • Proactively support and participate in plant wide activities and initiatives

Position Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing)

* Minimum 3 additional years of supervisory experience in operations/industrial environments

* Ability to complete manpower planning and analysis including productivity, efficiency and overtime management

7. Will provide transportation to work, therapies/health appointments, leisure or social activities using public transportation, HOH provided vehicles or personal vehicle.

8. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the environments for which you are responsible. Report repair or maintenance needs to the House Manager or Program Coordinator. Report any and all safety concerns to the Safety Coordinator.

9. Maintain the confidentiality of all information, oral or written, unless authorized to release information in accordance with applicable laws and policies.

Job Description

  • The Manager will support the Director of Corporate Compliance to ensure implementation of appropriate policies and procedures, support compliance training, conduct investigations.
  • Perform compliance program effectiveness reviews based on the seven (7) elements of an effective compliance program as set forth in: (i) relevant U.S. Department of Health and Human Services compliance program guidance; (ii) U.S. Sentencing Commission Guidelines Manual; (iii) U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division, compliance program guidance; (iv) CMS Conditions of Participation; (v) Medicare Shared Savings Program Accountable Care Organization Compliance guidance and regulatory requirements; and (vi) Medicare C & D/Medicare Advantage compliance program requirements.
  • Maintain a system of reporting and ensure the integrity of all compliance investigations, direct and coordinate internal audits, and monitor HIPAA/Patient Privacy compliance.
  • The Manager ensures that the Compliance Program effectively promotes prevention, detection, and resolution of instances of improper conduct to ensure conformity to state or federal laws, regulatory requirements, hospital policies, patient privacy, IT Security or the standards of conduct.
  • The Manager will be responsible for following up on reported incidents of non-compliance, conduct and or coordinate internal investigations and prepare reports on the incidents and investigation findings.
  • The Manager will be responsible for assessing compliance of the organization's policies and assist in updating or developing new policies.
  • The Manager will assist in evaluating areas of potential billing, Stark, Anti-kickback compliance or patient privacy risk and collaborate with other managers within the organization to work with management to implement solutions to eliminate potential risks.
  • Manage and investigate compliance questions, complaints, and reported incidents in collaboration with management, legal and human resources, as needed.
  • Responsible for Compliance Program data analytics to develop reports for monitoring and auditing, case management and federal reporting.
  • Responsible for developing organizational wide compliance communication plan, communications, and training programs.
  • Coordinate HIPAA Security compliance activities with the AH HIPAA Security Officer/Information Security Officer.
  • Investigate HIPAA-related complaints and draft corresponding reports.
  • Draft responses to HIPAA-related regulatory inquiries.
  • Review business associate agreements, data use agreements, and limited data set agreements and ensure said agreements are acceptable as to compliance form and meet standard form internal requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits pertaining to assigned compliance risk areas.
  • Conduct compliance and privacy training and education.
  • Prepare PowerPoints and present educational or compliance-related topics to AH constituents.
  • Draft compliance and HIPAA-related policies and procedures, as well as policies and procedures related to other assigned risk areas.
  • Assist in conflict-of-interest reviews, evaluations, and determinations.
  • Assist in conflict-of-interest endorsement requests reviews.



Qualifications:


โ€ข Education: A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and admission to the bar to practice law in one of the 50 States (or Washington, D.C.) of the U.S. is required. The holding of a Masterโ€™s Degree in public health, healthcare, accounting, allied health, clinical-related studies, compliance, audit, computer science, finance, education, law, privacy, information security, information governance, or another field related to the responsibilities of the position at hand, is a plus.

โ€ข Certifications: Candidates who hold the โ€œCCEPโ€ or โ€œCHCโ€ designation from the Compliance Certification Board are strongly preferred. Any successful candidate who does not hold the โ€œCHCโ€ designation at the time of appointment will be required to obtain the same within 12 months of appointment. A successful candidate must obtain either the โ€œCISAโ€, โ€œCRISCโ€, or โ€œAAIAโ€ designation from ISACA within eighteen (18) months of employment.

Experience:


โ€ข Five years minimum of health care compliance experience, health care administration, legal, fraud, waste, and abuse; internal audit, organizational compliance, regulatory affairs or a filed related to the responsibilities of the position at hand, is preferred.

โ€ข Experience in conducting compliance investigations, legal internal investigations, or similar investigations is required;

โ€ข Managerial experience in a healthcare organization or related setting is preferred.

Technical:

โ€ข Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex power utility construction projects. This role is responsible for full project lifecycle ownership, including safety, cost, schedule, quality, client relationships, and team leadership. The Senior Project Manager serves as a key liaison between clients, internal leadership, and field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and management of electrical distribution, transmission, and substation construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for utility clients, ensuring strong relationships, clear communication, and client satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project support staff; promote professional development and accountability.
  • Oversee financial performance of assigned projects, including budgeting, forecasting, cost-to-complete, change management, and margin optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) to proactively manage cost and schedule risks.
  • Review and approve contracts, change orders, subcontractor agreements, and procurement strategies.
  • Coordinate closely with field leadership to ensure alignment between project plans and execution.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all safety, environmental, regulatory, and quality requirements; champion H&Mโ€™s safety culture.
  • Identify project risks and opportunities; develop and implement mitigation and recovery plans as needed.
  • Lead project meetings with internal stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Oversee project documentation, reporting, billing, and closeout activities.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, estimates, and client presentations as needed.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, preferably within utility infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex utility projects with full P&L responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of utility standards, NESC codes, OSHA regulations, and environmental compliance.
  • Proven leadership experience managing project teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, or similar).
  • Ability to read, interpret, and manage construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with investor-owned utilities, cooperatives, or municipal power companies.
  • Knowledge of permitting, easement acquisition, right-of-way coordination, and utility relocation.
  • PMP certification, OSHA 30, or other relevant professional certifications.
  • Strong negotiation, risk management, and client-facing skills.
