Job Summary:
The Data Center Material Logistics Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain and material flow for the project site. You will design and implement the logistics plan that ensures all materials—from bulk commodities to specialized equipment—are procured, received, tracked, and staged to meet aggressive construction schedules. You are responsible for optimizing site space, managing vendor relationships, and leading the logistics team to eliminate bottlenecks that could delay field production.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive site logistics plan, including designated delivery routes, off-loading zones, and strategic staging areas.
- Directly supervise and mentor the Material Logistics Technicians, ensuring they follow standardized procedures for receiving, inventorying, and delivering materials.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and freight carriers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve high-level shipment discrepancies or damages.
- Oversee the site’s inventory management system, ensuring 100% accuracy between physical stock and digital records to prevent "stock-outs" or over-ordering.
- Collaborate with Superintendents and Project Engineers to align material deliveries with the Master Project Schedule and "Just-In-Time" (JIT) delivery requirements.
- Manage the logistics budget, including costs related to material handling equipment rentals, temporary storage facilities, and third-party transport.
- Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols for all material handling activities, including forklift operations, crane picks, and hazardous material storage.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or recurring vendor issues, and present performance reports to senior project leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Title: Specialist I, Logistics Data
Job Summary: The Logistics Data Specialist is responsible for managing logistics master data, validating transactional accuracy, and delivering analytics that support transportation planning, customs execution, warehousing, and freight settlement. This role partners with Operations, Procurement, Trade Compliance, and Finance to ensure information reliability and actionable reporting.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain carriers, lanes, rates, BOMs, HTS, and partner master data in TMS/WMS/SAP.
- Perform audits on shipments tracking milestones, POD, cost allocation, and accrual triggers.
- Identify root causes of data discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Build SOPs for data entry, validation logic, and exception handling
- Develop dashboards for OTIF, GIT, transit time, freight spend, accessorial, claims, and capacity utilization.
- Provide weekly/monthly KPI packs to operations leadership.
- Support budget vs. actual analysis and PR forecast modeling.
- Translate business requirements into SQL/BI outputs.
- Validate rating, fuel, and accessorial charges.
- Support three-way match among PO, shipment, and invoice.
- Prepare accrual and variance reports.
- Assist audit requests from Finance
- Act as super-user for TMS/WMS modules.
- Drive automation to reduce manual work
- Work with transportation, warehouse, procurement, and customs teams to improve data transparency.
- Provide data analysis for RFPs, network optimization, and vendor reviews

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, or related discipline
- 2+ years in logistics, transportation analytics, or supply chain systems.
- Experience working with freight invoices, carrier data, or brokerage information is highly valued
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, power query, xlookups).
- SQL or similar database querying.
- BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Familiarity with SAP/TMS/WMS environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MercuryGate, etc.).
- Strong analytical reasoning.
- High attention to detail.
- Comfortable in fast-moving, build-phase environments.

The Specialist – International Logistics will be responsible for supporting the distribution, movement, and storage of supplies on a global scale. This role will assist the Senior Manager by providing data for budgets, processing international shipments, coordinating with freight forwarders, and building efficient delivery routes.
This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate shipment delivery.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries, directing issues to appropriate teams as needed.
- Arrange special shipping services (e.g., expedited, temperature-controlled, or hazardous materials) when required
- Track international shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues or documentation discrepancies.
- Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, bills of lading, packing lists) to ensure regulatory and customs compliance.
- Support distribution and shipping budgets, identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
- Ensure logistics and freight forwarding services meet quality standards and performance expectations.

- Support cross-functional projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in international logistics, including hands-on freight forwarding experience.
- Experience working with international shipping regulations, customs documentation, and global carriers preferred.

You’ll be responsible for assisting in the documentation of complex specifications, requirements, contracts, policies, standards and practices along with improvising, adapting and creating operating procedures to enhance quality, cycle time and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
An Associate’s degree is required plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Solid knowledge of Acquisition Logistics (a multi-functional technical management discipline associated with influencing design for supportability and planning the support infrastructure for a system by focusing on the integrated logistics support (ILS) elements and working with and across all IPTs)
In-depth knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements (supply support; maintenance planning; manpower and personnel; technical manuals; training and training equipment; support equipment; facilities; computer resources support; packaging, handling, storage and transportation (PHS&T); design interface; reliability, maintainability and availability (RM&A), how they interact and how they are applied across a program, their effect on a system, plus how a systems’ design and changes affect the ILS elements)
Ability to generate documents, create spreadsheets and accomplish analysis of spreadsheet data
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Ability to work independently as well as a team.
Perform tasks associated with shipping and receiving.
Perform basic stockroom functions.
