Independence Realty Trust is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator for its design team in Louisville, KY. The Logistics Coordinator will manage projects from order creation to project completion and will be the point of contact for all orders, as it flows from order placement to installation and closing out of a project. The interior design team is fast paced and requires excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills. You will be responsible for managing all logistical operations, while maintaining project timelines.

  • Logistics operations related to design material deliverables
  • Ensure accuracy of vendor acknowledgements
  • Product tracking- lead times, shipping, delivery, receiving, damage claims
  • Manage logistics companies on delivery and set-up of design install dates
  • Manage communication between the design dept. and communities on orders, receipt of products, install of products, and project closeouts
  • Manage project lead time and project schedules to ensure timely delivery of above said items
  • Review Statements of Work (SOW) between IRT and logistic companies which enable suppliers to bid and execute on the delivery of goods and services, and execution of contracts for new or existing suppliers
  • Create and update the database of cost, scheduling, and delivery of goods and services within and outside our ERP system
  • Upon project closeout, run analytics and project cost analysis
  • Manage and track all account invoices for projects
  • Complete month-end accounting for Design Spend for each project
  • Track vendor spend and negotiate pricing realignment per design spend throughout the year
  • Design FF&E inventory management at each logistic partnership
  • Travel and manage the logistics partners during the install of renovation projects ensuring the goods and services are delivered and installed properly per IRT specifications

  • Requirements

    • 1-3 years of experience in the delivery and management of procurement, purchasing, strategic supply chain
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or relevant field
    • Ability to direct and manage the procurement process using “best in class” procurement methods
    • High degree of attention to detail required
    • Experience using an ERP system and/or MRP software
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PP) Smart Sheets
    • Must be willing to travel up to 25%.

    Responsibilities

    Provide support to trust officers and management to accomplish the duties and requirements of the trust division.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Provides customer service to trust clients, businesses, and professionals.
    • Provides support to trust officers and trust management.
    • Interacts and provides support and customer service to internal personnel.
    • Prepares and maintains accurate account documentation to support administrative decisions of Bank in its fiduciary capacity.
    • Communicate with clients, businesses, professionals, and internal personnel through the use of letters, email, memorandums
    • Answers incoming calls and takes appropriate action.
    • Reviews incoming internal and external mail and directs accordingly, responds to correspondence as required.
    • Establishes and maintains required departmental documentation, files, and records.
    • Prepares reports as needed from trust accounting system.
    • Prepares reports in required format, such as, court accountings, state charitable reports, guardianship reports, etc.
    • Maintains, manages, and completes tickler file, calendar, and other records as reminders to execute upcoming events.
    • Responds and interprets requests for checks, transaction activity, statement mailings, address changes, tax information, trust account reports, wires, etc. in accordance with account agreements and established procedures.
    • Processes and analyzes incoming funds in accordance with account agreements and established procedures.
    • Prepares daily work entries and general ledger tickets for trust/banking related transactions.
    • Prepares documents and handles all aspects of account openings and closings.
    • Prepares discretionary payment requests, administrative reviews, checklists, trust accountings, court reports, and other required documentation.
    • Reviews and analyzes account overdrafts and takes appropriate action.
    • Reviews account transactions for reasonableness and accuracy.
    • Performs research to respond to internal and external inquiries.
    • Assists with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other related educational materials.
    • Other department duties include research, organizing meetings, making reservations and special projects.
    • Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner

    Ancillary Duties:

    As an integral member of the Trust Department, this position is responsible to assist the department as well as the bank in achieving their goals.


    Qualifications

    Education, Training and Requirements:

    • Associates degree in business or related field of study; paralegal; or high school diploma with equivalent business work experience

    Skills:

    • Highly organized; attentive to detail; strong oral and written communication skills; computer proficient; ability to use office equipment; strong interpersonal skills; ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently; valid driver's license.

    Experience:

    • At least two years of customer service in banking/financial related field

    Endocrinologist Opening with Independent Nonprofit in northwest Ohio (OUTPATIENT)
    Schedule Options:
    1) Part-time or Full-time (2-5 days/week - 4hr, 8hr, 10hr, 12hr days)
    2) Week On/Week Off (7am-7pm Mon-Thurs, 7am-5pm Fri, 4hr Sat)

    * Choice of schedule and workweek, option of extended morning or evening hours
    * Diverse spectrum of interesting and complex patients
    * Ability to choose patient mix and practice at top of license
    * Weekly onsite CME, and CME/grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network
    * 24-hour in-house hospitalist services
    * Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees
    * Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
    * State-of-the-Art Surgical and Inpatient Facilities and Technology
    * Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term plus wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend
