This position is ideal for a professional with RIA, multi-family office, or private banking experience who enjoys handling complex client needs, thrives on process excellence, and delivers white-glove service.


Responsibilities


Client Onboarding: Shepherd a seamless new client onboarding experience with proactive communication at each step. Tasks include client profile setup in the CRM, account opening, beneficiary elections, asset transfers (ACATs, DTCs, rollovers, etc.), transfer reconciliations, complex asset research and re-registration, and client portal setup.


Account Service: Monitor and process annual RMDs, review account titling, beneficiaries, and trusted contacts, maintain current contact information, review client communication and tax document delivery preferences.


Technology: Navigate and maintain several technology platforms that support client relationships including CRM, portfolio reporting, financial planning, tax planning, estate planning, and more.


Client Meetings: Assist financial planners with document intake, organization, and review. Log and maintain meeting notes. Discern and implement meeting action items. Assist the client’s advisory team in measuring progress toward implementation goals.


Trust & Estate Coordination: Track estate plan documents, trustee actions, distribution calendars, insurance trust premiums, and beneficiary records.

Dental Assistant General Duties:

  • Contractor personnel shall perform a full range of duties consistent with their labor category, education, training, experience, clinical privileges (as applicable), and assigned position. General duties that apply to all personnel or across certain labor categories are given below.

  • The HCW shall also refer patients who present with a complaint to staff dentists for evaluation and continuation of care and attend multidisciplinary treatment team meetings on behalf of the dental officers.
  • The HCW shall:

  • Dispose of contaminated waste in accordance with the standard procedures of the DTF/MTF.

Provision of Outpatient Care, including:
