Position Summary
Reyes Group, LTD is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Concrete Estimator to lead the preparation of accurate and competitive cost estimates for large-scale commercial concrete construction projects. As the Lead Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing project documents, developing comprehensive take-offs, and collaborating with project managers, field teams, and clients throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires deep knowledge of cast-in-place concrete construction, strong blueprint reading skills, and the ability to manage multiple bids across both public and private sectors. Responsibilities
- Functions as Lead Estimator
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documents to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for products, projects, and services for our type of work
- Efficiently read blueprints and understand industry pricing
- Work on multiple projects and maintain contact with field personnel to handle questions, regarding RFI’s, change orders, and technically related issues
- Determines project specifications by studying project design, customer requirements, and performance standards, preparing cost estimates
- Responsible for hard bid, negotiated, and design/build projects in both the public and private sector
- Managing all aspects of large construction projects from bidding, start-up, construction, and closeout

KEY PURPOSE:
The Global Product Manager - Hardgoods is responsible for building and maintaining Speedo’s global range within designated categories. This includes maintaining and growing current business, briefing and building new lines based on market opportunities and brand positioning, fostering key relationships internally and in the marketplace.
Additionally, this role will enhance brand values and deliver key performance metrics, style efficiency targets, and sales margin objectives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver seasonal line plans aligned with overall brand and business strategy, highlighting global development opportunities, proposed costs, unique sales opportunities, and ensuring brand consistency across categories.
- Manage assigned product categories from concept to commercialization, including line plan updates, style setup, range briefs for new products and packaging, and development of competitive pricing structures that meet corporate goals.
- Collaborate with planners to ensure SKU counts, margins, and budget parameters are achieved.
- Analyze global sales histories, patterns, and industry trends; assess market size, structure, and dynamics to inform range development decisions.
- Coordinate key activities to ensure process and execute on time against agreed timelines with design and operations.
- Partner with Regional Merchandising teams and Commercial Leads to ensure product viability throughout the process, procure and maintain global forecasts, plan revenue growth against targets, and preline with sales in markets.
- Work closely with Asia Product Development to identify innovative solutions and technically advanced product ideas; prepare business cases where appropriate and maintain awareness of manufacturing environments and cost structures.
- Understand production lead times and collaborate with Asia teams to ensure on-time deliveries and adherence to the two-season development calendar.
- Partner with Marketing to communicate product features and packaging requirements internally and externally; execute seasonal packaging, collateral, and workbooks.
- Ensure product marketing is clear, compelling, and effective across print and web. Provide a seasonal launch package for all global sales teams.
- Ensure all design and packaging briefs are delivered on time to support timely product launches.
- Collaborate with Commercial teams and Regional Merchandising to provide quality input into the range brief and product development. Ensure teams are well-trained and fully briefed on product details.
- Engage with consumers and retailers to identify innovative solutions to market needs; maintain strong market understanding.
- Conduct market research, including analysis of consumer trends and on-site visits to observe consumer end use environments (pool and/or beach).
- Maintain in-depth competitive analysis of all categories in all channels of distribution and maintain a competitive sample/item library.
- Support in-field product testing to improve product development and benefit the sell-in process.
- Present product ranges, offers and ideas externally at retail, internally at sales conferences domestic and international.
- Partner with Marketing to deliver sell-in and sell-through assets; manage briefs, follow-ups, and track progress against deadlines for catalogs, tech sheets, and other deliverables.
- Drive product-marketing projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with calendar deadlines and timely handoffs.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in product merchandising or product management.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Knowledge or experience in swimming is a plus.
Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually

Requirements for Physician Assistants
* Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
* Unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State of Colorado.
* Physician Assistant Certification (PA-C) issued by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) is required for hire and must be maintained throughout employment
* Unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) permit to prescribe all medications commonly prescribed in the course of practice.
* Eligible to provide services, reimbursable services, and maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid.
* Eligible to provide services with no sanctions or exclusion from either the Health and Human Services/Office of Inspectors General (HHS/OIG) or the General Services Administration's (GSA) List of Parties Excluded from Federal Programs.
* Unrestricted medical staff membership, with appropriate practice privileges.
* Prescriptive authority as appropriate, per medical staff service privileging process.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.

* The pay range for this full-time position is $119,600-$156,790 annually. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. A productivity incentive may be offered for this position.
* Relocation bonus of up to $10,000, if eligible.

We Make It Work
As a member of our Yard Team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our yard, supporting various aspects of material production, and ensuring a safe working environment. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, and capable of handling various tasks related to yard operations. This role will be based in our Far South branch located in Pompano Beach, FL and will report into our local Yard Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Material Handling: Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment components using forklifts and other equipment.
- Yard Maintenance: Keep the yard area clean, organized, and free of debris. Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products. Report any discrepancies or shortages.
- Assist in Production: Support production activities by transporting materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals.
- Equipment Operation: Operate machinery, such as forklifts and skid steers, in a safe and responsible manner. Conduct routine checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Adhere to Safety Protocols: Follow safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment. Report any safety concerns promptly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including welders and fabricators, to facilitate seamless workflow and meet project deadlines.
- General Labor: Perform general labor tasks as assigned, including but not limited to cleaning, sweeping, and assisting in the setup of work areas.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other yard equipment safely.
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle manual labor tasks in an outdoor environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
