Work Schedule:

  • Day (7A-7P), Night (7P-7A) or rotating shifts

What you will do:

  • Deliver exemplary care across Intermediate and Stepdown units
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in patient rounds
  • Nurse-to-patient ratios range from 1:3 to 1:6, based on acuity
  • Units are staffed 24/7 with Charge Nurses, Nursing Care Assistants, and Health Unit Coordinators

As a Clinical Nurse II in Duke University Health System, you will plan and provide professional nursing care for patients in accordance with the medical and nursing plans of care and established policies and procedures. Provide nursing services to patients and families in accordance with the scope of the RN as defined by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.

  • Plan, provide, supervise and document professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process for patients in accordance with physician orders and established policies and procedures. Use professional nursing judgment to individualize the plan of care based on assessment of the patient's baseline needs and response to care.
  • Delegate tasks and supervise the activities of other licensed and unlicensed care providers.
  • Assist other nursing personnel in the delivery of nursing care.
  • Monitor and initiate corrective action to maintain the environment of care including equipment and material resources.
  • Participate in own professional development by maintaining required competencies, identifying learning needs and seeking appropriate assistance or educational offerings.

Summary of Position

A Yard Associate is responsible for making sure each and every customer of R.P. Lumber Co. customer receives prompt and courteous service while ensuring a culture of safety, accountability, and cleanliness at their location, including making sure product is properly stored and equipment is properly maintained. Responsibilities of Position
  • Greet customers or professional contractors in a friendly manner upon entry into the yard or Home Retail Center.
  • Load materials into customers' vehicles or on to company delivery vehicles, after validating type and quantity based on the record of the transaction from the company's point-of-sale system.
  • Unload incoming freight, taking care not to damage the incoming goods or the equipment that belongs to the carrier.
  • Operate forklift to merchandise and stock yard and warehouse.
  • Accurately build loads and prepare materials for delivery before delivery takes place.
  • Assist truck drivers in delivery of merchandise to homeowners and job sites using company equipment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotations, scheduling of deliveries and installations, and providing customer follow-ups as necessary.
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory, product displays, and pricing labels within assigned area in regard to merchandising standards by stocking, facing, straightening, and cleaning or any other task necessary to maintain an organized, safe, and proper storage of inventory within lumberyard.
  • Responsible for following and enforcing all safety rules and policies as outlined and communicated by management.

Required Skills

The Material Handler reports to the Materials Operations Manager and is responsible for safely performing job functions at the highest level of quality and will be an onsite role. Pall is ready to offer a great position with leadership opportunity.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

  • Pick and stage material for shipment by interpreting work orders and sales order for material/delivery requirements.
  • Receive inbound shipments; ship outbound material; all related/corresponding activities which includes managing and communicating with internal and external customers via email and by Microsoft Teams.
  • Load and unload material from various carriers while using computers and scanners to perform transactions as well as other duties requested, as assigned.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years experience with Material Handling or warehouse environment.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbs
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and kneel

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Operating a Forklift
  • Shipping and Receiving
  • HazMat and SAP

Overview

The Sales Consultant represents Southern Glazer’s in the market as a member of the Southern Glazer’s family. This individual is passionate, innovative, and self-motivated with a business-oriented and customer-focused mindset. The Sales Consultant’s primary responsibilities are to visit the customer, have the right consultative sales conversations, and increase sales revenue.   • Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust
  • Discover and identify customer business growth needs
  • Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities to drive incremental sales above base business
  • Analyze data and insights to increase sales, grow customer business, and better achieve objectives
  • Regularly and consistently pre-plan account visits with an agenda, service purpose, and selling opportunities documented in CRM (Proof)
  • Prioritize sales activities to achieve objectives based on each customer business growth plan
  • Visit accounts regularly, capture visit notes, and build visit plans considering previous visit outcomes and document in CRM (Proof)
  • Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and correctly present and position them in each account
  • Propose selling solutions to each customer and win the sale using consultative selling skills
  • Achieve internal SGWS and supplier objectives as prioritized by management
  • Manage customer issue resolution, seek additional opportunities to support the customer’s needs, and support business growth by providing customers with useful information and guidance
  • Adapt the selling approach based on each customer’s buying styles and individual business needs
  • Be knowledgeable and experienced in all accounts staying current with what competitors are offering and how SGWS products are positioned relative to the competition
  • Document and maintain account- and customer-specific information in CRM (Proof)
  • Participate in sales meetings, on-site training, and supplier events as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
