Our client is based in San Antonio and expanding their Interiors Subcontracting team. They're seeking a results-driven Drywall Project Manager with estimating experience. From estimating and scheduling to field execution, safety, and budget, this PM / Estimator partners directly with executive leadership to support and expand their existing client base, strengthen field performance, and be a key member of this high-performing team as the company continues to grow in San Antonio.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project delivery, margin protection, and schedule adherence across multiple interiors projects (drywall, framing, ceilings).

Manager / Doer, this role will work closely with clients and preconstruction through delivery and supporting disciplined bid handoffs.

Collaborate with a field team of superintendents and foremen, driving safety, accountability, and results.

A consistent operating rhythm: WIP reviews, cash/AR tracking, and risk management.

Experience with standardized procurement, vendor relationships, and logistics to reduce waste and delays.

Lead project estimating across multiple interiors projects (drywall/metal stud, framing, ceilings).

Manage estimating (including outsourced partners) and enforce disciplined bid handoffs.

Build and maintain productive relationships with architects, developers, owners and contractors.

Facilitate and engage internal bid reviews with project team.

Negotiate and confirm contract scope inclusions & exclusions.

Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of experience in commercial interiors subcontracting or GC operations (drywall/metal stud preferred).
• Estimating experience with digital takeoffs and scope assembly is preferred but not required.
• Proven success leading multiple projects of various size and scope with strong financial and operational results.
• Field-first leader with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Summary:

The Manager Trade Compliance and Logistics ensures the company complies with all applicable import and export laws and regulations while supporting business operations. The initial priority for this role is to evaluate and address the company's import tariff exposure, ensuring full compliance while minimizing financial and operational impacts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all import and export laws and regulations (CBP, EAR, OFAC, and other participating government agencies).
• Monitor, interpret and communicate changes in trade regulations as well as assessing their impact on the business (duties, tariffs, trade agreements).
• Lead the process to obtain and maintain the Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) Certification for the company.
• Liaise with customs authorities, governmental agencies, and external partners.
• Develop, implement, and maintain trade compliance policies and procedures aligned with national regulations, international requirements, and corporate standards.
• Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on import and export compliance requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, supply chain, sales administration, and finance to coordinate import and export activities and resolve import and export customs issues.
• Conduct internal audits of import and export transactions and oversight of customs brokers and freight forwarders.
• Screen business partner for integrity and compliance (restricted party and sanctions lists) and perform due diligence checks.
• Support and review the classification of goods for import and export (HTS, ECCN)
• Prepare and maintain documentation required for duty drawback claims.
• Analyze and report logistic costs and import and export data (ACE, AES)
• Support negotiating contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.

Requirements:

• The ability to conduct independent research and interpret complex regulations to provide clear, actionable guidance is essential for success in this role.
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade or related field.
• 4-5 Years of professional experience in import/export compliance, customs operations, or logistics management
• U.S. Licensed Customs Broker – preferred
• NCBFAA Certified Export Specialist – preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

At STRUCTURAL, we spend our time working with our fully integrated repair companies to perform field investigations and develop repair solutions for existing structures and buildings. Eos Product Compliance team is looking for a compliance engineer to join our Global Certifications Team for large scale Energy Storage Systems. The qualified candidate must have global standards practices such as UL and IEC testing knowledge and practices. In this role you will work with NRTL's in conjunction with the Eos Product Design Team. You will be responsible for regulatory product design such as creepage a clearance evaluation, IP rating, critical component evaluation (UL/VDE), UL 94/UL746 and developing end to end product validation test plans, final reports, schedules, product test, presenting and communicating final results. This candidate must have the willingness to travel for up to 3 continuous weeks during certification testing.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory product architecture and design.

About the Role

A Senior Experimental Physicist is a technical leader and senior individual contributor within Avalanche's Science organization. This role is responsible for advancing plasma physics understanding as it applies directly to Avalanche's fusion systems, while operating comfortably in an environment of rapid iteration, incomplete information, and evolving requirements.

This is not a purely academic role. You will work closely with experimental systems, diagnostics, simulations, and cross-functional engineering teams to inform design decisions, interpret results, and guide next experiments. You are expected to exercise strong scientific judgment, propose new approaches, and help the team move faster and smarter—even when the path forward is not fully defined.

In this role you're responsible for:

• Design, analyze, and interpret plasma experiments in close collaboration with the broader science team and engineers.
• Contribute to rapid test–learn cycles by translating results into clear, actionable recommendations for future experiments.
• Integrate experimental data, simulations, and theory to inform conclusions and guide next steps.
• Help define which questions matter most at a given stage of development and where effort is best focused.

The Senior Manager, Packaging Development & Sourcing will manage, develop and launch new product and packaging solutions into the market, in addition to cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities. This role may manage direct reports at the Jr Manager or Manager level.

To succeed in this role, you will have a technical background in packaging engineering, understand various fragrance packaging materials and configurations, and are able to execute multiple projects at once. Prior people management experience is required.

This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage packaging solutions for up to two brands, providing comprehensive feasibility and influencing of each concept in terms of manufacturability, cost of goods, investments, and preliminary lead times
• Work with outside vendor and subcontracting partners to define specifications, design criteria, quality parameters, and expectations from component production through filing and assembly
• Responsible for recommendation of sourcing and supply chain strategy within a global portfolio of vendors
• Ensure all programs meet the needs of the Brand while maintaining design, quality, cost, functionality, manufacturability objectives, and on time delivery
• Evaluate risks and develop clear mitigation plans to the Operations team
• Drive innovation by presenting new packaging concepts, technologies, and market trends both within and outside o the industry to continuously support innovation
• Support on-going business to ensure stock coverage
• Coach and develop direct reports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of packaging development or engineering experience within Fragrance/Cosmetics/CPG industries
• Prior people management experience.

Required Skills

• Relevant understanding of packaging manufacturing, contract manufacturing production processes
• Technical competency and materials knowledge including but not limited to: injection molding, glass forming and decoration, dispensing systems, folding carton/rigid box design
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation; comfortable and credible with both internal and external partners
• Self-starter who will thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Possess a strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task and pivot
