Epsilon Systems is seeking a Temporary Electrician II for the Modernization and Engineering division located in Portsmouth, VA. Summary: Performs a variety of complex electrical trade functions such as the installation, maintenance, or repair of electronics and/or electrical equipment for the generation, distribution, or utilization of electric energy onboard U.S. vessels/government installations.

• Reports directly to the Production Manager. Once assigned reports directly to the project Foreman in the performance of his/her responsibilities.
• Performs component and/or system troubleshooting to diagnose the problem and provide most cost-effective recommendation for completing repairs.
• Performs and/or verifies mechanical alignments.
• Ensures control and assumes responsibility for Level-1 material controls in accordance with Epsilon Systems Instructions.

• Assists with the performance of on-site field service for system grooms and checkouts, minor repairs and system configuration validation.

• Notifies Foreman of any unsatisfactory condition(s) identified during the production operation (i.e.; repair, modification, etc.).

We are looking for a curious, bright, detail-oriented, and energetic eCommerce Merchandising Associate to join our team and play a pivotal role in the continuing growth and success of Johnnie-O. Reporting to the Director of Site Merchandising, this role will help assist in all things site merchandising and beyond with a focus on our licensed product.

What You’ll Do

• Work with the team to help monitor inventory levels and communicate status on a regular basis.
• Ensure compliance with licensed guidelines and expectations.
• Maintain outfitting tool and other merchandising tools, pin or boost products based on inventory and product launch plans
• Ensure that product is reflected accurately on the website (product descriptions, size guides, product titles, categorizations etc.) by QA’ing site daily

• Partner with the E-Comm Team to create effective and innovative online merchandising strategies to drive total category sales and profitability
• Be in tune with go to market strategies and merchandise accordingly
• Ensure site presentation is optimized and lends itself to increased conversion and demand
• Maintain strong understanding of customer experience data (abandoned cart, top products, AOV, etc.) and implement educated merchandising strategies
• Stay in the know on all reports related to D2C sales, site metrics, shop performance trends in order to react quickly to opportunities within the D2C businesses
• Drive dev & testing in relation to licensing optimizations - ideation, QA, variation creation, CSQ follow up

SUMMARY

The Sales Support Associate (SSA) is a critical inside-sales and operations support role responsible for managing key dealer interactions, government and cooperative contract programs, and sales reporting. The primary focus of this role is to support inbound dealer activity, contract administration, data management, and reporting accuracy - ensuring a high level of responsiveness and compliance across key accounts.

In addition, the SSA provides supplemental administrative, sales, and process support to the Regional Business Manager (RBM) team, enabling RBMs to focus on coaching, training, and strategic, high-impact dealer engagement. For success must possess expert level Excel and Power BI skills.

Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have the authorization to work in the USA without support.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Dealer & Inside Sales Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls and inquiries from key account dealers.
• Provide proactive, remote coverage for designated Key Account dealers, including monthly outbound touchpoints.
• Respond to dealer questions regarding pricing, availability, configurations, and contract eligibility.
• Act as a consistent inside-sales resource to reduce transactional workload on field sales teams.

Government & Cooperative Contract Management

• Manage relationships and ongoing requirements for Sourcewell and other governmental or cooperative purchasing contracts.
• Prepare, submit, and manage contract documentation, renewals, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain and manage contract pricing, respond to dealer inquiries related to contract terms, and ensure accurate communication of eligibility and usage.
• Support bid-related documentation and specifications as required.

Sales Data, Reporting & Analytics

• Enter, maintain, and manage sales, contract, and dealer data within Power BI and related reporting systems.
• Oversee EDA and AEM data collection, submission, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Consolidate and maintain reporting used to track dealer performance, contract activity, and sales initiatives.
• Provide standard and on request reporting to internal LGNA stakeholders and dealer networks as needed.

Sales Operations Support

• Verify completion and accuracy of required sales documentation, including purchase orders, demo agreements, consignment agreements, and SPAR requests.
• Track and manage the status of demo and consignment agreements.
• Maintain accurate and current dealer records in the sales portal and related systems.

Field Sales Enablement

• Generate quotes and support pricing and availability requests for RBMs while they are traveling as necessary.
• Serve as an internal call-center resource for RBMs regarding machines and work tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Katy branch parts team) to source parts availability and technical information.
• Consolidate machine configurations, work tool specifications (e.g., bucket widths, pin diameters), and availability data from across the organization.
• Maintain current work tool availability and pricing documentation.

Forecasting, Planning & Programs

• Consolidate the RBM team’s 12-month rolling forecast for leadership review.
• Run standard monthly dealer reports for RBMs to share with their dealers.
• Track sales initiatives, program progress, and performance outcomes.
• Manage Sourcewell, Core, and Canoe program submissions and reporting.
• Track NPI launch timelines and coordinate communication between RBMs, Product Management, and leadership.

Process Improvement

• Identify manual, duplicative, or inefficient reporting and administrative processes.
• Consolidate information sources and support development of simplified reporting tools or platforms.

• Inspect buildings and structures to ensure compliance with laws, codes, and regulations relating to building construction, mechanical systems, plumbing systems, state energy code requirements, local zoning requirements, and job site erosion control.

• Conducts site inspections of new and old commercial and residential buildings and structures to ensure compliance with approved plans and codes, notes violations. Pinterest helps Pinners discover and do what they love. The Content Success team is responsible for ensuring that Pinners see fresh new products, ideas and inspiration in their recommendations and that Content Producers receive value from the platform through exposure, engagement and monetization. We work across different recommendation surfaces (Homefeed, Search, Related Pins, Ads) to develop new integrations and signals. We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager who can drive the team's technical direction, lead the team in developing new integrations and signals for recommendation systems and make an impact on Pinterest's topline metrics.

What you'll do:

• 
  
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of experienced backend and machine learning engineers in developing advanced signals, integrations and systems, which are integral to key Pinterest products across Discovery, Ads, and Growth.
  
• Provide thought leadership in content distribution and recommender systems by setting a long-term technical vision and advancing the state-of-the-art in the field. Act as the glue between content acquisition and recommendation pods becoming the expert in both these areas.
  
• Manage project execution and stakeholder communication, including roadmap planning, technical decision-making, risk mitigation, and progress updates to achieve business goals.
  
• Help the team solve difficult technical challenges such as:

  • How to build new ML systems, candidate generators, features and models that can handle millions of new Pins every day with low latency to effectively distribute fresh content and be re-usable across recommendation surfaces?
    
  • How to determine what fresh content our Pinners will be inspired by and predict their future engagement metrics?
    
  • How to identify and remove biases from existing recommendation systems?
    
  • How to experiment with and measure the impact of content acquisition changes on the user experience?
    
  • How to enhance the titles of new content to increase their engagement?
    
  
  

What we're looking for:

• 
  
• 7+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years of management experience.
  
• Experience with:
  
  • 
    
  • developing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems in search and recommendations.
    
  • big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop, Spark) and scalable realtime systems that process stream data (e.g Kafka, Flink).
    
  • applying NLP models and LLMs to content understanding and recommendation systems.
    
  
  
• Experience building and leading high performing teams within a visible business vertical .
  
• Experience working with numerous cross functional partners to drive a collective initiative.
  
• Bachelors degree in a technical field, or equivalent work experience.
