Job Description
The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be responsible for marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and/or telephone to targeted health care offices and providers, in close partnership with aligned field representatives. They will deliver impactful core selling messages and educational materials as part of their remote engagements, reinforcing in-person efforts and expanding overall reach. VSRs will need to be flexible regarding job responsibilities as they will include a variety of strategic tasks: amplifying call frequency with high-priority targets, triaging and qualifying targeted HCPs, supporting large geographic territories, and engaging aligned sales team micro-focus practitioners. The VSR will create positive, coordinated virtual selling interactions that drive awareness, adoption, and market growth for CARDAMYST. Additionally, they will possess excellent customer service skills and polished marketing and sales acumen to cultivate current office targets and develop new healthcare provider relationships within those offices. These skill sets will also be critical in educating on the clinical profile and first-in-class value of assigned products, addressing questions and concerns, and identifying signals of adoption. Furthermore, they will demonstrate the ability to learn complex medical topics, industry compliance guidelines, patient assistance programs, and navigate pharmacy and insurance landscapes to support account needs.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Complete assigned product training at an advanced level, developing a comprehensive understanding of the disease state, assigned product features and benefits, core selling messages, and the clinical profile of a first-in-class therapy.
- Develop expertise in delivering core selling messaging in a virtual environment, reinforcing field strategy and tailoring discussions based on HCP interest level and engagement signals.
- Meet or exceed call expectations, quality engagement metrics, and sales attainment goals set forth by the Client.
- Maintain complete and timely CRM documentation of targeted customer interactions, including call attempts, product discussions, expressed level of interest, and literature requests.
- Develop business relationships with field team to maximize coverage of shared targets.
- Ensure high level of coordination, communication, and collaboration with field-based representative counterparts and field-based Regional Sales Manager. Ensuring that efforts are aligned and coordinated to provide a superior customer experience.
- Coordinate regularly with field-based counterparts to ensure seamless execution of customer interactions and scheduling as appropriate.
- Complete tasks and participate in projects as assigned by the field based Regional Sales Manager, as needed.
- Provide actionable insights and feedback to field partners and team leadership regarding account sentiment, adoption signals, and opportunities for increased engagement.
- Comply with all company, PDMA, compliance, and regulatory policies and guidelines.
- Work independently from a remote home office while collaborating cross-functionally in a coordinated territory model.
- Cultivate an assigned virtual territory in alignment with field strategy and be accountable for measurable business results and engagement outcomes.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR equivalent experience
- 1+ year of sales experience in an outbound Virtual/Tele-sales or field sales role in a healthcare or pharma field required

Position Summary
As a CATV Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of the network infrastructure by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of broadband systems and equipment. This includes maintaining fiber optic and coaxial cables, signal amplifiers, distribution systems, and customer premises equipment (CPE). They respond to service outages, perform preventative maintenance, and support network upgrades or expansions. Technicians often work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including utility poles, underground vaults, and service areas, using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to keep services running smoothly and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify faults within the subscriber drop, feeder/distribution and trunk systems to ensure proper signal level
- Correct these faults by adjusting, repairing or replacing passive or active components, including power supplies and power inserters
- Perform signal egress/ingress detection; sweep alignment; installations; troubleshooting; test point measurements; system balance and preliminary proofs
- Perform emergency restoration of signal outages in the feeder/distribution and trunk systems • Complete work assignments generated through technician follow-up requests, including unresolved technician work orders

Experience and qualifications
- 3 years experience or related work history in the CATV/Broadband industry
- Understanding of and ability to use: signal level meter, volt-ohm meter, cable locator egress monitoring devices, AC clamp meter television test set, spectrum analyzer basic time domain reflectometer, system maps sweep gear
- Ability to demonstrate technical expertise in a variety of situations, evaluate problems and implement the best solution
- Ability to work under minimal supervision, within broad guidelines of procedures and goals

- Operational Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify cost‑saving opportunities and understand price trends and supply risks.

- Uses donor research, data insights, and market segmentation to move prospects through the donor journey
You will supervise a team of content developers and oversee direct response fundraising, impact report development, social media, video content, graphic design, messaging, and brand integrity. This role also ensures the marketing department serves as a strategic internal agency partner to teams across ATS.
Primary Duties:
Creative & Editorial Leadership
- Co‑lead the creative vision and editorial strategy with the CMO across all channels, ensuring consistency, clarity, and brand integrity.
- Develop audience‑specific strategies tailored to geography, donor segment, and constituency.
- Create and maintain the annual department calendar, including the editorial calendar.
Content & Channel Management
In collaboration with your team:
- Produce compelling marketing collateral to support major gift fundraising and institutional priorities.
- Manage the direct response program to drive revenue, donor acquisition, retention, and email list growth.
- Develop persuasive one‑to‑many impact reports and proposals.
- Lead a robust and engaging social media program.
- Advance and operationalize a video‑first content strategy.
- Uphold and evolve visual and narrative standards, ensuring brand cohesion and style guide integrity.
- Conceptualize and deliver advertising creative across digital and traditional channels.
Data, Analytics & Optimization
- Partner with the Director of MarTech & Analytics to implement a data‑first approach—defining KPIs, running A/B tests, and continuously optimizing content performance to maximize engagement and ROI.
Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five professionals.
- Establish processes and integrate technology tools that support collaboration, creativity, and efficient workflows.
- Manage vendors, agencies, and freelancers—ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and performance expectations.
- Participate in annual planning and budgeting; manage spend throughout the year.
Cross‑Organizational Collaboration
- Drive and support cross‑departmental initiatives.
- Present timely updates to colleagues, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, communications, or related field (preferred)
- 10+ years of marketing leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years in digital marketing, social media, and direct mail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools ( a plus)
- Exceptional writing, editorial, and verbal communication skills
- Strong aptitude for data analytics, KPI creation, and performance reporting
- Highly organized with a systematic approach to process and project management

Within the Hardware Engineering Organization, the Undersea & Electronics Systems (UES) Department leads the mechanical design, development, and integration of products, including but not limited to undersea sensors and analysis, naval platforms, shipboard/ground-based processing and power equipment, and launchers.
The UES department is looking for a full-time Engineering Services Staff Technician. This role will be on-site and located in Portsmouth, RI.
What You Will Do
- Work under moderate supervision with acoustic engineers to perform in-water acoustic sensor testing at our acoustic test facility
- Work with engineers to rig and fixture acoustic sensors and configure test equipment in support of in-water test events.
- Perform crane operations to rig and position engineering test articles and hydrophones/projectors within the test facility.
- Build and provide in-process test of acoustic sensors, including fine-pitch soldering, working with adhesives and chemicals, manufacturing tooling, curing cycles, fiber optics and general mechanical work.
- Work with facilities personnel to ensure day-to-day operation of test tank equipment, such as water filtration, overhead cranes and plumbing systems.
- Ensure engineering work in the test facility is conducted in accordance with lab operating procedures and company policy.
- Work with limited supervision and meet commitments for identified schedule, financial, and technical goals.
- Assimilate data packages for devices tested and make them available for cognizant engineering personnel.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

- Experience with the use of typical benchtop electronic test equipment inclusive of oscilloscopes, voltmeters, impedance analyzers and amplifiers.
- Experience with the following processes or similar; adhesive bonding, chemical mixing, encapsulation, paint application, chromate touch up, vapor degreasing, die grinding, sanding, mechanical press, oven curing, vacuum bagging, vacuum chambers, micro/grit-blast, fiber optic splicing.
