About the Role
We are on the hunt for an IAM-Engineer to join their team in Coppell TX for a contract to hire, Hybrid role , this person will plays a pivotal role as an IT professional tasked with the design, implementation, and management of systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement secure authentication and authorization solutions using Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles to enable Single Sign-On (SSO) and secure access for internal and external applications, platforms, and APIs.
- Lead the implementation of modern identity standards, including OpenID Connect (OIDC) and OAuth 2.0, supporting a variety of use cases such as web applications, mobile applications, B2B integrations, and service-to-service communication.
- Build and maintain enterprise-grade integrations with Okta, enabling application onboarding, federation, and secure access to protected resources in alignment with organizational identity standards.
- Partner closely with architecture, platform, security, and product teams to define and evolve standard authentication and authorization patterns, ensuring consistency, scalability, and security across the enterprise.
- Document identity architectures, integration patterns, and operational guidance, enabling development teams and platform teams to efficiently onboard applications and troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues.
- Responsible for one or more applications, working with Business Systems Manager and Business Analyst counterparts on planning and delivering code changes to production, ensuring teams work on schedule.
- Provide business and project expertise when collaborating with clients, IT resources, vendors, consultants and other stakeholders to identify the user requirements, assess technologies, recommend and implement technical solutions.
- Participate in estimation process.
- Responsible for source code development; create technical documentation; utilize software configuration, version and quality management processes.
- Responsible for unit testing, performance tuning, defect remediation during testing, and deployment planning.
- Participate in Production Support Escalation if necessary for high-severity issues within their application domain.
- Can analyze, design and develop complex programming systems independently.
- Chair Agile Team meetings.
- Performs related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a technical field + 3 years of work experience or bachelor’s degree in a technical field + 5 years related experience.
Required Skills
- Experience designing, architecting, and implementing secure authentication and authorization solutions using IAM, SSO, OIDC, SAML, Oauth2.
- Experience developing software for the US mortgage industry.

As the Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will assume full nursing responsibility for the delivery of the Plan of Care for each hospice patient.
Continuously evaluating personal and professional performance and making necessary changes to increase productivity and quality of care delivered.
You'll also develop the patient's Plan of care in collaboration with other professionals and implement treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory that promotes physical, psychosocial, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

We are hiring for Full-Time and PRN! Primary Responsibilities: Makes the initial nursing evaluation in determining eligibility for hospice services during visit within forty-eight (48) hours of referral Identifies the patient's/family's physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs and re-assesses as needed, no less than every fifteen (15) days Initiates and coordinates the plan of care Documents problems, appropriate goals, interventions, and patient/family response to hospice care Collaborates with the patient/family, attending physician and other members of the IDG in providing patient and family care daily Instructs and supervises the patient/family in self-care techniques when appropriate Maintains accurate and relevant clinical notes regarding the patient's condition You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

The Internal Identity & Access Management (I2AM) team is responsible for critical production infrastructure that provides a foundational notion of Identity and strong authentication and authorization controls across Pinterest. Our backend is primarily written in Golang, Python with some C++ while our frontend tools are written in React and TypeScript. We're looking for an experienced software engineer who will help us build robust tooling to define and evaluate access controls across production infrastructure. A security background is not necessary but ideal candidates will have familiarity with the problems or related spaces, such as Infrastructure or Identity.
What you'll do:
- Help shape our identity and authorization controls for users, services and AI Agents.
- Design, implement, and maintain mission-critical software that will help us deliver robust IAM infrastructure and libraries to our customers.
- Collaborate with a variety of teams to build performant and resilient AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Auditing) platform controls into various high-traffic services including our AI Agents, online/offline data platforms, databases, service mesh (Envoy). and other critical infrastructure components.
- Represent the I2AM team across the Security Organization and with our X-org partners, including Networking, Data Platform, Cloud Platform, Agent Platform and product teams.
- Work with and mentor more junior engineers on the I2AM team.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- A history of building & operating large scale distributed systems.
- Past experience influencing technical architecture and roadmap adoption while working across other teams.
- Experience in some of the following areas is a strong plus:
- Infrastructure provisioning tools (Terraform, Puppet, etc.)
- Identity, Account Security, Authentication/Authorization (OAuth, SAML, RBAC) protocols
- AWS or other public cloud infrastructure, containerization such as Kubernetes
- Familiarity with networking protocols (Application layer)

Retrieves orders, confirms medical necessity and answers phones for outpatient visits. Gathers worker's comp or auto insurance information from accident patients, collects patient out-of-pocket liability/copays, verifies insurance, and confirms referrals and authorizations are on file, if required.
Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson. Gathers accurate demographic information to identify Jefferson patients who have an existing medical record number or new Jefferson patients who need a medical record number assigned. Requests photo ID and insurance cards, scanning copies. Records complete and accurate demographic and insurance information. Entering orders and confirming medical necessity for outpatient visits, if appropriate. Interviewing patients to accurately complete the Medicare Secondary Payer (MSPQ) questionnaire for all Medicare patients. Uses RTE (Real Time Eligibility), Phreesia or payer websites to verify patients' insurance coverage and benefits including patient's out of pocket liability. Proficient with computer and Microsoft Office skills and familiar with healthcare EHR applications i.e. EPIC, Cerner. Knowledge of medical terminology and/or third-party insurance coverage including managed care plans. Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills. Meticulous attention to detail.
Required High School Diploma or GED, Associates degree in healthcare or business administration preferred AND Emergency Department: Minimum 3 years experience in hospital, physician practice, or other related healthcare environment customer service. Prior registration experience in Emergency Dept preferred. Current Jefferson Seamless Access Representatives with a minimum of 1 year of experience will be considered as meeting the experience requirement.
Salary Range $17.00 to $21.89 The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.

Assists Community First Health Plan (CFHP) members regain optimum health or improved functional capacity by ensuring that members have access to all of the health care services they need in the most efficient and effective manner possible. Responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing the allocation of resources, cost and quality of health care for members; coordinating care between the primary care physician, community resources, family and member; coordinating care across the health care continuum while monitoring and managing benefit utilization; and, collaborating with multi-disciplinary health care team members in identifying the educational and discharge needs of members.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Registered Nurse (RN) is required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master’s degree is preferred. Minimum three (3) years nursing, acute care, quality management or managed care experience is required. Basic knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, community resources and alternate funding programs is desired. Knowledge of InterQual screening criteria as well as DRG, ICD and CPT coding is preferred.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with the Texas State Board of Nurse Examiners is required. Current certification from an appropriate professional agency, such as Case Management Society, is preferred.
