Welders employed at Veritas Steel's Palatka location are responsible for performing FCAW & SMAW processes to codes, and standards, including repairs and miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Shop Supervisor. They must be able to meet high production demands in a timely manner and complete high-quality work with expertise. Welders must also adhere to company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Uses proper safety equipment to ensure surfaces are adequately prepared for all operations:
  • Air arc, Grove Welds, Flex Core, Full Pin
  • Using correct procedures to obtain proper weld profile, etc.,
  • Understands general knowledge of welding codes and welding tools
  • Proper preparation, cleaning, and setup
  • Hand torch setup and use
  • Understand basic weld symbols/gauges
  • Maintains shop, equipment, tools, vehicles, etc. for the purpose of ensuring the availability and functioning of required items and ensuring safety
  • Coordinates with shop supervisor and other personnel for the purpose of completing projects/work orders efficiently, on time, and with no defects
  • Adheres to safety policies to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and surrounding coworkers
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • High School diploma or GED

Seeking an Interventional Cardiologist with peripheral skills.

- No structural work- Join an established, busy, single specialty practice that current consists of 4 interventionalists and 1 electrophysiologist, and 2 non-invasive.-Practice is located across the street from the hospital-The office has an abundance of exam rooms, well-trained medical assistants, five ARNPs- Full ancillary services including an office based cath lab (converting to an ASC in 2025-26 )nuclear medicine including SPECT and cardiac PET, cardiac CT, echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, pacer checks, remote and holter monitoring etc-Registered techs (RVT and RDMS) and have a very busy venous program including laser and radiofrequency ablations and sclerotherepy, etc.-The peripheral cases include many complex peripheral interventional cases.

Including laser atherectomy, rotoblator, angio jet, etc.

-The peripheral vascular is well established with a diverse referral base- The more experienced operators work alongside and help new peripheral interventionalists gain the experience and exposure to the complex cases at the office based lab.

-The hospital has 6 labs, 4 cardiac and Peripheral, one or two full time EP labs and a hybrid room that can do routine coronary and PV, EP WACHMAN, lead extraction, latest ablations and has a structural program including TAVR-Call rotation for STEMI is most often for established group patients mostly and once per month or so it may coincide with the hospital STEMI call-The group is on call rotation (1:4 or 5)-We have about 25-45 patients in the hospital every day to consult or round and this number will grow.

We have ARNPs to assist.

- The group admits 99% of the patients through the hospitalists or PCPs and our cardiologists only are consulting.

After you leave for the eve, usually phone calls only except interventionalist respond to STEMI or cold legs.- There will be some general cardiology for everyone in the group, but the interventionalists will be an busy with PV and coronary cases.

Position Overview

The Inbound & Inventory Supervisor owns inbound execution, warehouse-controlled inventory accuracy, material availability, and warehouse standards. This role supervises 1–2 Inventory / Receiving Clerks and serves as the operational link between Supply Chain, Logistics, and Production to ensure clean material flow into and out of the warehouse.


This role is accountable for all inventory accuracy from dock receipt through warehouse storage and staged release to production. Once inventory is formally transferred to Production, ownership shifts.


In this business, small gaps create lost revenue. This role exists to eliminate those gaps inside the warehouse while ensuring safe handling, storage, and movement of all materials.


Leadership & Team Oversight

  • Supervise and develop 1–2 Inventory / Receiving Clerks
  • Set daily priorities for receiving, putaway, counts, replenishment, and staging
  • Audit work for accuracy and scanning compliance
  • Coach for detail, urgency, and disciplined execution
  • Enforce SOP adherence across Receiving, Putaway, Picking, and Transfer to Production
  • Hold team accountable for warehouse inventory standards


Inbound Management & Quality Control

  • Lead receiving operations for florals, vessels, packaging, and consumables
  • Validate quantities against POs prior to system receipt
  • Inspect florals for quality and specification compliance
  • Ensure lot tracking accuracy for florals
  • Quarantine and resolve non-conforming materials
  • Document and escalate vendor discrepancies within 24–48 hours
  • Coordinate dock flow and inbound prioritization
  • Ensure accurate labeling, LPN creation, and system transactions


Warehouse Inventory Accuracy & Control

  • Maintain 98–99%+ accuracy for all warehouse-controlled inventory
  • Design and execute A/B/C cycle count programs

  • Perform documented root cause analysis on variances
  • Identify recurring drivers of shrink within warehouse operations

  • Ensure accurate staging and system transfer of materials to Production
  • Maintain clear physical and system boundaries between warehouse and production inventory
  • Prevent undocumented movement of materials
  • Support investigations of production-related discrepancies while maintaining ownership boundaries


Warehouse Standards & Safety

  • Maintain a clean, structured, luxury-grade warehouse environment
  • Ensure proper storage conditions for florals and packaging
  • Enforce safe material handling practices and adherence to all warehouse safety procedures
