We are working exclusively with a precision manufacturing business in Los Angeles producing high tolerance components on advanced CNC mills, lathes and grinding equipment. Our operation supports demanding industries and maintains tolerances to within 0.0005 inch. Equipment reliability is critical and the Senior Machine Maintenance Engineer will play a central role in protecting performance, uptime and quality.

As the Senior Machine Maintenance Engineer your responsibilities will include

• Deliver proactive preventive and predictive maintenance across industrial machinery including CNC equipment, grinding machines and large scale production systems

• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical faults including alignment issues, vibration, spindle and bearing failures and precision loss

• Troubleshoot electrical and control systems including drives, motors, sensors and PLC integrated machinery

• Lead root cause investigations, implement corrective actions and improve long term machine reliability

• Develop maintenance strategies, mentor technicians and drive continuous improvement across the site

As the Senior Machine Maintenance Engineer you will bring

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline

• Strong hands on mechanical diagnostic capability across industrial or manufacturing equipment

• Solid electrical fault finding skills including drives, motors and industrial control systems

• Experience working on large scale production machinery such as pressing machines, vacuum systems or similar heavy industrial equipment

• The confidence to work independently, document findings clearly and minimise production disruption

Primary Responsibilities:

The EH&S Engineer will assist leadership to assess and resolve safety issues by identifying risks, and by implementing controls, policies, and programs. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture.
• Licensed architect with current NCARB certification.

• In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, FGI guidelines, DOH standards, Energy Codes, ADA requirements, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience in proposal writing and contract negotiations with clients and healthcare institutions.
• Skilled in collaborative design processes, seamlessly integrating architecture and interior design from project inception.
• Expertise in managing complex, multi-phased healthcare projects.

As a Combat Engineer, you’ll work quickly and skillfully to help Soldiers navigate while on combat missions by constructing bridges, clearing barriers with explosives, and detecting and avoiding mines and other environmental hazards. You'll provide expertise and come up with quick and creative engineering solutions, constructing fighting positions, fixed and floating bridges, and obstacles and defense positions.

Skills you’ll learn align with Construction & Engineering, Demolition & Explosives, Operate Heavy Equipment. In addition, you could earn 45 nationally recognized certifications!

JOB DUTIES

• Maintain emergency notification data
• Maintain radio and data distribution systems
• Perform signal support functions and technical assistance for computer systems
• Provide technical assistance and training for local-area networks
• Maintain equipment, terminal devices, assigned vehicles and power generators

• 14 weeks of One Station Unit Training, which combines Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training
