    Job Details
    • Advance the studio's commitment to a transdisciplinary design approach by collaborating closely with the Seattle and Oregon Healthcare Studio Co-Leader in all aspects of studio leadership.
    • Promote design excellence and exceptional project delivery through regular design reviews, ensuring alignment with firm standards and delivering maximum value to clients.
    • Cultivate strong client relationships with healthcare providers, engaging in project progress discussions and proactively addressing concerns.
    • In partnership with other leaders, establish and implement annual business goals, strategies, and tactics to drive studio success.

    • In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, FGI guidelines, DOH standards, Energy Codes, ADA requirements, and other regulatory frameworks.
    • Proven experience in proposal writing and contract negotiations with clients and healthcare institutions.
    • Skilled in collaborative design processes, seamlessly integrating architecture and interior design from project inception.
    • Expertise in managing complex, multi-phased healthcare projects.

    JOB DUTIES

    • Maintain emergency notification data
    • Maintain radio and data distribution systems
    • Perform signal support functions and technical assistance for computer systems
    • Provide technical assistance and training for local-area networks
    • Maintain equipment, terminal devices, assigned vehicles and power generators
