Job Overview
Salary Range: $60,000.00 k/YR
Location: Kansas City, MO.
You will be delivering one of the following services for your designated zone area customers, building janitorial, maintenance services, exterior landscaping delivery, or restaurant and restaurant equipment cleaning.
The work schedule is a regular workday schedule with the occasional overnight travel (pending your territory).
As a Custodial Area Manager the following duties and responsibilities will be a part of this opportunity, but are not limited to them:
- Manages the customer and vendor relationship for assigned accounts within zone.
- Perform monthly/ quarterly visits with customer district and regional management to ensure customer satisfaction and relationship.
- Visit accounts as prescribed in portfolio and review and or complete audits and submit.
- Ensure buildings are properly supplied, and equipped, while maintaining response to service calls, emails, or queries within 2 hours.
- Create and maintain delivery plans, as well as source and schedule vendors.
- Submit project dates to the head office by date required.
- Provide backup crew work in emergency situations.
- 3 years of management experience with 3-years in a janitorial or building maintenance/service industry, or exterior services, or restaurant industry, preferred.
- Maintain ongoing knowledge of all compliance standards (OSHA, State/ Federal, and KBS).
- Experience in maintaining or supporting staffing levels in support of defined budgets, crews, and customer relations.
- Ability to analyze area profit and loss (P&L) statements to ensure expenses are within budget.
- Ability to understand project management and related project planning, while communicating any changes and progress.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with each client and ensure the best service levels in accordance with the contract.
- Ability to manage staff employment cycle: Hire, train, manage performance including disciplinary actions and terminations.

The Sales Associate is responsible for demonstrating knowledge and love of the brand while ensuring each customer has an exciting and enjoyable experience. The Sales Associate brings a positive attitude and service mentality to every interaction in an effort to delight the Forever 21 shopper.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Consistently creates a welcoming environment as customers enter or exit the store.
- Immediately responds to customer inquiries and needs.
- Proactively seeks opportunities to deliver a great customer experience.
- Assists in the location, availability and selection of merchandise.
- Uses basic selling techniques to engage with the customer.
- Introduces current sales, promotions, credit card applications and other brand initiatives to gain customer's loyalty.

Must be at least 16 years of age. Minimum of one year of retail sales experience and previous cash handling experience is preferred. Must be energetic and charismatic. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to act with integrity and business maturity to ensure interactions are conducted without bias or prejudice. Must be able to complete sales transactions in POS register system. Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business which may include the closing shift, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to spend up to 100% of the working time standing and walking. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to perform repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, and working with cleaning chemicals.

Position SummaryThe Inside Sales Supervisor will plan, organize, direct and control the activities of the Tel-sell representatives/Inside Sales Reps. Day in the Life - Sales Rep at TDS Telecom
What You'll Do
- Own Your Territory: Knock on 60+ doors daily and engage 15-20 homeowners in meaningful conversations.

Responsibilities :
- Generate new customer sales for TDS by knocking on residential doors and engaging prospects at community events. Present and sell Internet, TV, Voice, and Mobile services, answer questions, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of activity and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth installation and excellent customer experience.
- Travel to other markets to support DFN launches and increase penetration rates and developing relationships with local partners.
- 1+ years of direct (door to door) sales experience.
- Must be eligible for a seller's permit and/or solicitors license as required by market.
- Must have access to reliable transportation.
- Door to door sales experience in the broadband/fiber industry preferred.
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to consistently follow up with customers in a timely manner.
- Advanced Computer literacy with familiarity of in-home electronics, computers, and high-speed Internet preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for interaction with customers to educate them on cable, voice, and data services.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
- Must be enthusiastic, persuasive, persistent, and can handle rejection in the selling process.

- Engage with potential customers : Reach out to both new and existing prospects through door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals to inform them about TDS's voice, data, and television services within your assigned territory.
- Conduct sales calls : Identify customer needs, provide relevant information, and sell TDS services to prospective customers to achieve your sales targets.
- Complete sales documentation : Accurately record and submit daily sales orders, agreements, third-party verifications, and reports to your supervisor, following company guidelines.
- Oversee customer accounts : Manage customer relationships from the initial sale through installation, conducting follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction post-installation.
