Title: Electrical Quantity Surveyor

Location: Fremont, CA

Duration: 6-month Contract to Hire

Pay: Up to $50/hr

Schedule: 50-60 hours/week on site.

Day to Day:

• Measure self-performance Tesla tickets, daily and weekly reports, checking for accuracy/knowing the scope, tracking how many people are working, crews, quantities installed, checking documentation for proof
• Validating invoices that they are getting from contractors
• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking Construction Inspectors that have the drive and integrity to work with clients and vendors. Previous inspection experience is needed in this role.

PRIMARY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform as an entry to lead inspector on various projects responsible for the inspection and documentation of construction in the areas of building code compliance, concrete, pre-stress concrete, shotcrete, masonry, steel, fireproofing, waterproofing, and roofing.
