A growing luxury retail organization is seeking a Buying & Operations Assistant to support seasonal buying, inventory management, vendor communication, and day-to-day operational processes. Key Responsibilities
Buying Support
- Assist in preparation for seasonal market appointments and vendor meetings

Job Description:
We are working with a global beauty retailer on their search for a strategic, execution-oriented DE&I program leader to own and elevate our national Pride initiative; driving enterprise-wide engagement, compelling storytelling, and large-scale community activation.
You will lead the planning and execution of 8 major Pride parades nationwide and approximately 60 in-store Brave Space activations, ensuring our values of belonging and equity are brought to life for employees, clients, and the communities we serve.
This role partners directly with senior DE&I leadership and collaborates across Communications, Retail Operations, Marketing, Social Impact, ERG leaders, nonprofit partners, and executive stakeholders. What You’ll Own
Enterprise Pride Strategy & Program Execution
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of a national Pride initiative spanning 8 Pride parades and ~60 in-store activations.
- Drive timeline management, asset development, vendor coordination, logistics, and stakeholder alignment across corporate, retail, and distribution centers.
- Partner with nonprofit organizations and external vendors to ensure flawless activation and brand-aligned execution.

Serena & Lily is searching for an Assistant Textiles Designer to join our tight knit Design Team at our Sausalito Headquarters. This role is responsible for assisting in all textile developments ensuring that quality, accuracy and on time execution are paramount from concept to production. This role reports into the Senior Designer. Product development is collaborative and tactile so ability to work in person is imperative.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the development of all textile categories.
- Create design specifications for seasonal collections across products including bedding, bath, beach, and other soft goods.
- Produce scaled renderings in Photoshop for visual presentations.
- Translate creative concepts into precise, technically accurate specifications.
- Develop layouts and adapt original artwork to suit textile product requirements.

COMPENSATION:
- $75-85k per year is the anticipated starting base pay for this role. This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this role. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, education, and skills.

The Investigator Sponsored Studies Associate I is an important contributor to our team. In this role, you will provide Investigator Sponsored Study (ISS) support including entering, reviewing, verifying, and organizing incoming/outgoing documentation using web-based software.
This person identifies potential issues that could affect the quality of documentation and processes and recommends appropriate solutions.
This person will also take initiative and assume responsibility to help improve the efficiency and quality of the ISS process, reach out to customers for clarification on missing data, and ensure that the quality of services meets internal and external procedural requirements.
When appropriate, you will also give guidance to functional partners in determining solutions to ISS process issues and/or problems. You can expect to be cross trained on all ISS processes supported by Medical Device Medical Affairs.
What You'll Work On
- Processing incoming forms accurately and according to departmental processes. This includes the accurate and timely entry of forms into a database, the quality review and verification of forms already entered, the identification and correction of errors and the organization of clinical documentation (forms, correspondence and other supporting clinical documentation).
- Analyzing problems, characterize issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Providing administrative support for ISS as requested. This could include generating mail merges, faxing, copying, filing, mailings, etc.
- Resolving and/or facilitating resolution of problems including identifying causes of problems to prevent reoccurrence of problems.
- Supporting Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
- Complying with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Clinical Data Coordinator experience or experience in a comparable or closely related clinical research environment, including direct familiarity with data management processes.
- Strong skills with MS Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required.
- Advanced organizational skills, attentiveness to detail, ability to work under limited supervision, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to understand and comply with applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and Company operating procedures, processes, policies and rules is essential.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) to support a busy legal team handling disability claims. This is a fully remote, 3–6 month contract ideal for someone who understands the SSDI process end-to-end and can step in quickly to help manage an active caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SSDI and SSI disability cases from intake through hearing preparation
- Prepare and submit documentation to the Social Security Administration (SSA)
- Request, review, and organize medical records and supporting documentation
- Draft correspondence, case summaries, and hearing briefs
- Maintain accurate case files and track important deadlines
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and SSA representatives
- Assist attorneys with Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) hearing preparation
- Ensure compliance with SSA filing procedures and documentation requirements
Required Experience
- 3+ years experience working with SSDI/SSI disability cases
- Strong knowledge of SSA processes and disability claim procedures
