What you will do:
Integrate, install, and troubleshoot systems, including but not limited to:
- Computers and all internal components
- Graphics (i.e., Projectors, Monitors, CPU Hardware)
- Projectors
- 3D Vision
- Other Computer Peripherals and (Nondescript) Hardware
- Work independently, with minimal direct supervision, to perform following activities, but not limited to:
- Coordinating Integrations, Installations, Programming, and Troubleshooting

- Train users, customers, and partners to use the system effectively and efficiently

What you will need:
- Vocational experience, Certification in a technical field, or Associate Degree in Business Science
- Bachelors Degree in Business Science is a plus
- Strong PC skills with some Audio-Visual Multimedia (AVMM) and Program Logic Controller (PLC) Experience
- Coordinate activities while on-site, creating individual and teamwork schedules
- Project Management is a highly recommended skill
- Troubleshoot all Tier I & II and repair all LGS System deficiencies
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Physically and mentally able to install equipment: In-house and/or at customer locations

Education / Certification / Years of Experience: High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills: Prior experience in low volume, prototype level vehicle assembly or related manufacturing environments.
Prior vehicle repair, diagnostic, and troubleshooting experience.
Basic metalworking/fabrication skills.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Knowledge of vehicle-related pneumatic and/or cooling systems.
Knowledge of HV electrical vehicle systems.
This role will maintain and adhere to the IATF 16949 requirements.
Position Responsibilities: · Ensure all customer requirements are met in a timely manner · Manage part availability, and schedule and fulfill customer orders from multiple OEMs worldwide · Pull service releases from customers (via EDI, supplier web sites, fax, etc.) · Control incoming/outgoing service shipments · Ensure DDL/SNC Maintenance for the Ford Customer Service Division · Achieve inventory dollars, availability, and turn objectives · Maintain shared responsibility of picturing/packaging all service orders · Perform cycle counting (inventory control) of all service components · Direct and assign priorities to hourly service team personnel Position Qualifications: · 3-5 years of relevant industry experience · Experience with releasing and forecasting in DDL (Ford) · Knowledge of MRP systems, preferably SAP · Knowledge of shipping/receiving protocols · Detail-oriented and self-directed, with the ability to prioritize multiple demands · Ability to work cross-functionally with several organizations, as well as internal departments · Excellent organizational skills · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED .
