The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $140,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.

The Internal Identity & Access Management (I2AM) team is responsible for critical production infrastructure that provides a foundational notion of Identity and strong authentication and authorization controls across Pinterest. Our backend is primarily written in Golang, Python with some C++ while our frontend tools are written in React and TypeScript.
