We are seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Associate Attorney with strong M&A experience to join the firm’s busy and growing Corporate practice. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support M&A transactions ranging from $20M–$100M, with occasional deals up to $300M.

- Manage due diligence, coordinate with tax, employment, real estate, and IP specialists, and ensure smooth execution of transactions.

Qualifications:
