Key Responsibilities

- Invasive Support: Provide ultrasound guidance for needle aspirations and fluid drainages using strict sterile techniques.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a clinical setting (VA experience preferred).
- Certification: Must hold a current RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) certificate.
- Specialty Designations: RDMS must be in Abdomen, Breast, and/or OB/GYN.
- Life Support: Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
- Licensure: Full and unrestricted license in any U.S. State, Territory, or Commonwealth.
- Equipment: Proficiency with Phillips EPIQ 7 or EPIQ 5 systems.
- Skills: Strong expertise in both general and vascular imaging (including vein mapping).

The Role:
The Controller will serve as a key finance partner supporting portfolio performance, capital oversight, and ownership reporting across a national portfolio.
This is not a traditional property accounting role. Instead, this position bridges property-level financial review with investment-level analysis, debt oversight, and portfolio reporting. We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to support advanced imaging services at a federal medical facility in Syracuse. This role requires a highly skilled technologist capable of performing complex CT procedures and assisting with interventional imaging in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a full range of CT exams (contrasted & non-contrasted) including head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and spine
- Execute advanced protocols such as Cardiac CT (prospective/retrospective gating), CTA (head/neck/abdomen), and CT PE studies
- Assist radiologists with CT-guided biopsies, drainages, RFA, and microwave ablations using CT Fluoroscopy

Position Summary
The Broadcast Systems Engineer supports a mission-critical broadcast and IT datacenter serving public broadcasting. This role is responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of both broadcast/video systems and modern datacenter infrastructure. The engineer supports a hub-and-spoke operational model and participates in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Provide technical support for CentralCast broadcast, networking, compute, storage, and monitoring systems in a 24x7 environment.
· Troubleshoot and resolve incidents spanning video workflows, IP transport, virtualization, storage, and supporting services, document findings and corrective actions.
· Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain broadcast and IT systems supporting CentralCast operations, including hub and spoke deployments.
· Maintain and continuously improve monitoring and alerting; administer and enhance Zabbix NMS monitoring (hosts/templates/items/triggers, alert routing, and dashboards as applicable).
· Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to improve system reliability and reduce recurring issues through process improvement, documentation, and automation.
· Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to service-impacting events in accordance with operational procedures.
· Communicate clearly with internal teams and customer stakeholders during outages, maintenance, and service events.
Required Qualifications
· Associate degree in Computer Science, Television Broadcasting/Media/Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
· Strong working knowledge of modern broadcast/video fundamentals including MPEG-2 / H.264 compression concepts, transport stream fundamentals, and ATSC 1.0 / ATSC 3.0 concepts.
· Strong IT and datacenter operations knowledge, including:
· VPN fundamentals and operational support
· OSPF routing (adjacency, troubleshooting, route propagation/filters)
· Multicast protocols and concepts: IGMP, PIM, and MSDP
· Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and execution skills; ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred / Nice to Have
· Experience with ATSC 3.0 workflows in production environments.
· Familiarity with Evertz Microsystems, Harmonic, Triveni Digital, and Cisco technologies.
· Experience operating monitoring platforms (especially Zabbix NMS) in production environments.
· Proxmox and/or VMware virtualization experience; enterprise storage platform experience (e.g., Quantum).
