Job Details

Responsibilities
1. Support all aspects related to Fund Accounting
2. Perform month-end closing activities such as reconciliations and journal entries
3. Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines
4. Generate client billing and conduct account reconciliation promptly and accurately
5. Evaluate computerized accounting systems and provide recommendations to IT team for performance improvements
6. Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review
7. Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions
8. Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management
9. Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion
10. Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts
11. Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations
12. Conduct periodical reviews for insurance, tax, VAT and other related compliance

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
2. Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting or related field
3. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
4. Deep knowledge of best practices in accounting and financial management
5. Familiarity with fund accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, payables coding, and foreign exchange calculations
6. Experience with Yardi or equivalent software is a must
7. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, both independently and as part of a team

Duties include:


· Assist attorneys with residential and commercial real estate transactions, including refinances, purchases and sales;


· Provide administrative support to attorneys;


· Order and review title searches and municipal searches in order to resolve encumbrances of record for closing;


· Prepare closing documents, Closing Disclosures and settlement statements;


· Coordinate with borrowers, buyers, sellers, realtors, loan officers and other professionals to prepare for and schedule closings;


· Administer loan disbursements and closing checks including those for recording of documents in the public records and those related to vendor and lender payoffs;


· Handle post closing, shipping documents to lender and prepare buyer and seller packages;


· Order title updates;


· Prepare and file documents with state or federal agencies;


· Prepare and finalize documents including, but not limited to, Probate, Conservators, Estate Planning, correspondence and other documents;


· Proofread and edit documents;


· Set up-organize and maintain files;


· Answer and manage incoming phone calls and office communications;


· Other duties as assigned by attorneys.


Requirements:


· 1-3 years of real estate experience in a law firm setting.


· Strong understanding of the residential real estate closing process from start to finish, including post-closing.


· Superior communication skills.


· Highly organized and detail-oriented.


· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).


- Experience with Litify is a plus.


Salary is commensurate with experience.

Job Summary


Provides inpatient/outpatient and/or community care for clients and families across the continuum of care by assuring access, providing assessments and coordinating clinical summary treatment plan determining level of care.  Assumes a caseload and performs behavioral health, substance use services, and/or crisis intervention services independently. Job Responsibilities



  1. Provides direct client care using individual, group, and family therapy specific to each client’s needs as indicated on treatment plan.
  2. Prepares appropriate medical documentation to meet regulatory requirements of licensing and third party agencies as well as internal policies.
  3. Assesses and plans care by evaluating the psychiatric and psychosocial needs of the client; organizes and prioritizes care and treatment and advocates appropriate resources for the client and family.
  4. Provides in home clinical services and/or direct crisis intervention to clients and families in multiple sites in the system and in the community.
  5. Provides continuous education to client and family members and refers them to appropriate levels of care, to support groups and to other available resources in order to maximize care and facilitate recovery or treatment process.
  6. Proficient in working effectively across programs for clients with both mental health and substance use disorders.
  7. Negotiates level of care and length of stay with managed care companies; continually re-evaluates client’s needs and informs the third party payers of ongoing changes in the client’s status.
  8. Works collaboratively with internal and external partners along the continuum of care to provide an integrated delivery of healthcare to all clients and families.
  9. Conducts Emergency Evaluations for clients in the community if required by the program.
  10. Participates and leads administrative activities including, team meetings and staff education as designed by the Program Manager. 
  11. Assumes clinical oversight of daily operations in manager’s absence.
  12. Assumes leadership responsibilities and initiatives as directed by Program Manager. 


Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Three years' experience providing direct services to psychiatric patients, substance abuse population.
  • Previous experience in assessment, diagnosis, and individual/group therapy and crisis intervention.
  • Valid CT driver's license.
  • Active Connecticut LCSW license.

Be the Best Hospice Admissions RN You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice, with an associate degree preferred and CPR certification recommended (required for direct patient care in Georgia). Must meet state-specific regulatory requirements.
  • Previous nursing experience in hospice, home health, general medical-surgical, or population-specific care (e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics) is required, along with willingness to serve on-call.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and the minimum required liability auto insurance.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems. Must be able to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Physically able to lift patients over 200 pounds (with assistance), stand, walk, sit, stoop, and perform other physical movements frequently. Regular exposure to indoor environments and moderate noise expected.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust individualized plans of care
  • Coordinate and communicate care needs with internal and external partners, ensuring timely updates, interventions, and resource utilization
  • Provide patient and caregiver education, document care accurately, and maintain up-to-date clinical records that reflect current status and progress
  • Participate in on-call rotations, admissions, and interdisciplinary meetings; manage care and scheduling using the Case Management model when serving as Care Manager
  • Supervise and support other clinical staff as applicable; engage in ongoing education, special projects, and duties within scope of licensure
