A licensed and Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will provide therapeutic programs to pediatric patients with cognitive, physical, and sensory disabilities or delays in the home and community setting. The SLP plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well-being. Provides interventions for deficits and elicits responses. Participates in the coordination of care.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluates patients with physical, psycho-social and/or cognitive impairments to determine if speech therapy can benefit the patientβs quality of life.
- Provides supervision to Speech Language Pathologist Assistants and Clinical Fellowship, when applicable, in the performance of patient care that is consistent with the patientβs needs.
- Develops and evaluates the plan of care in partnership with the physician and caregiver.
- Coordinates care and documents coordination with all physicians and other health care clinicians involved in the care of the patient as needed and appropriate.
- Provides therapeutic treatments for speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders with appropriate tests and measurements. Provides services that are ordered by the physician as indicated in the plan of care.
- Documents, prepares, and completes clinical notes, verbal orders and other clinical record documentation on an ongoing basis and in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Current Texas State License in Speech-Language Pathology
- Masterβs Degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited university
- Prefer one year experience in acute care, rehabilitation setting, or home health.

This is an unpaid internship, although college credit is available. The position can be worked remotely from any of the following countries: U.S., U.K., Canada, France or Australia.

Primary Purpose:
- Demonstrate professional leadership and communication both within Campus Special Education department and outside of the department.
- Act as the point person to coordinate campus Special Education services.
- Assist all teachers assigned to campus in performing their teaching and related duties regarding students that receive Special Education services.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
- Bachelorβs degree from an accredited college or university required
- Masterβs degree in Education from an accredited college or university preferred
- Valid Texas Teacher Certification in Special Education required
- Valid Texas Teacher Certification in one of the following required: Elementary or Middle School Generalist OR Core Subjects EC-6 OR Core Subjects 4β8 OR Other valid Texas teaching certificate appropriate for the grade levels K-8

3. Conduct assessment of student learning styles. Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflect an understanding of the learning styles and needs of students assigned.
4. Present subject matter effectively and according to guidelines established by IEP. Employ a variety of instructional techniques and media including technology to meet the needs and capabilities of each student assigned
5. Work cooperatively with classroom teachers to modify regular curricula as needed and assist special education students in regular classes with assignments.
6. Participate in ARD Committee meetings on a regular basis.

The client is preparing for the implementation of a new ERP/accounting platform to enhance scalability and efficiency, and your leadership will be essential in guiding this transition and harmonizing processes across regions. Key responsibilities include directing all accounting operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple jurisdictions, overseeing SEC filings and external reporting while maintaining high transparency standards, and leading the implementation of a new ERP/accounting system to support rapid growth.
You will also provide advice on accounting implications for growth strategies, acquisitions, and capital market activities, maintain robust internal controls, and ensure adherence to GAAP, SOX, and international standards. Building and mentoring a high-performing global accounting team will be fundamental, promoting collaboration and professional development.
The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of progressive accounting leadership experience within a U.S. publicly traded company, including 5 years in SEC reporting, a CPA certification, and preferably Big 4 experience. Experience with ERP systems and process modernization is desired, with experience in industrial or technology manufacturing being advantageous.
