The Cost Analyst plays a key role in executing cost management strategies across the supply chain. The Cost Analyst supports cost roll-ups and detailed cost walks, proactively manages cost risks, and prepares both periodic and ad-hoc cost reports. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with an ability to help management make informed decisions, ensuring that financial targets are met, and strategic decisions are supported.

- Ensures compliance with procurement guidelines, company policies, and strategic company objectives.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited university with a focus in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, cost management, or related roles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Previous experience in a directly related procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or project management role within aviation/aerospace manufacturing industry is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent writing ability with prior experience in presenting information to diverse audiences.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Proficiency in SAP preferred.
- Self-motivated nature with an ability to work independently with minimum supervision and simultaneously manage multiple projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with suppliers and all levels of company personnel.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to clearly and concisely present data

Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
