The Emerald Trail will be a 30-mile bicycle/pedestrian trail and linear park system when completed. The Trail Project Manager plays a pivotal role in designing, managing, and delivering successful trail projects, from initial concept to construction completion. The Trail Project Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the production of design and permitting of trail segments, including scope of work, schedule and budget. The Trail Project Manager reports to GWJax’s CEO, works in collaboration with COJ and JTA staff, and coordinates with project stakeholders such as private landowners, rail roads, and other public agencies.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of trail projects, including planning, design, bidding, construction, and close-out

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total cash compensation range of this position is $70,000 to $150,000+ which includes a base salary range starting at $65,000 - $80,000+ plus position-specific incentive.   • Source and manage carrier and entity partners; negotiate agreements and service levels

Analytics, Reporting & Risk Management

  • Develop compliance metrics and identify risk trends and improvement opportunities
  • Support compliance audits and risk assessments; implement corrective action plans
  • Create executive dashboards tracking pipeline, renewals, and margins
  • Enforce CRM data standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience as a paralegal
  • 5+ years of property and casualty insurance compliance or regulatory management experience
  • Strong knowledge of state insurance department filing requirements, product approvals, audits, insurance law, and governance
  • Proven experience filing insurance policies through SERFF

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, dashboards, and data analysis
  • Data analysis across underwriting, claims, pricing, and compliance
  • Business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
