Learn more at Senior Medical Science Liaison (Sr. MSL) is responsible for providing fair balanced, objective, scientific information and education to opinion leaders (OLs), health care professionals, and to internal partners as required by scientific and business needs. The Sr. MSL is considered an established scientific and clinical knowledge lead on current and future J&J Innovative Medicine products per Therapeutic Area (TA) alignment. The Sr. MSL is responsible for staying abreast of current scientific and treatment landscape trends in their therapeutic areas of interest. The Sr. MSL provides research support for company and investigator-initiated research. The Sr MSL will function with high integrity and follow credo values.


The Sr. MSL is responsible for building external relationships with identified OLs and health care providers (MD, PA, NP, RN, Pharm.D., biocoordinators) and developing and managing a geographical territory. These relationships and engagements can include both virtual & in-person, with a prioritization of in-person engagements when appropriate. The Sr. MSL is responsible for developing and maintaining a territory strategic plan, which includes educational activities with identified OLs, HCPs, institutions, and community practices.


The Sr. MSL role is one that requires a level of competency and experience in the disease state, as an MSL, The Sr. MSL is expected to possess foundational competencies in the areas of Influence & Results Focused, Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, Product & Therapeutic Area Knowledge, and Data Insights & Dissemination. The Sr. MSL will be expected to rapidly identify and compliantly collaborate with field-based partners to ensure support of the Healthcare Providers which will positively impact the patients that they care for.


The Sr. MSL will continue to enhance their skills in agility, applying the competencies of Change Management, Time Management and Innovation. The Sr. MSL is responsible for conducting all activities in accordance with current regulatory and health care compliance guidelines.

This is a field based clinical position which required travel, primarily throughout assigned geography, with infrequent meeting travel outside of assigned geography. Travel for this role is estimated at 80%.

  • Provides clinical trial support to identify potential sites, resolve issues with enrolled sites, and participate in meetings as appropriate, including site initiation visits and investigator launch meetings
  • Effectively leads at least one scientific or strategic Immunology project, exhibits strategic identification of educational gaps and elevates team acumen

Consistently demonstrates strong scientific acumen

  • Actively participate in team calls, trainings, & journal clubs through scientific dialogue, understanding of current standard of care, and regularly sharing of scientific news.

Qualifications:

  • PharmD, PhD, MD, or other advanced medical degree NP (Nurse Practitioner), PA (Physician Assistant), with +3 years relevant TA clinical experience.
  • 2+ years of MSL experience, and/or 2+ years of relevant work experience, which can include clinical, research or related pharma work experience.
  • Significant experience giving presentations.
  • Ability to support travel up to 75-80% which includes overnight travel, including some weekend commitments.
  • A valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Reside within the defined assigned territory.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge or experience in the relevant TA and/or Immunology.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and utilization of computers and remote technologies.

The expected base pay range for this position is $137,000 to $236,325.

INSPECTION – Conduct project safety inspections (using computer software program – SafetyNet) at the jobsite for Bowen self-perform and subcontractor work. See that deficiencies brought to Bowen Superintendent and Foremen’s attention are corrected in a timely manner. Description:

Position:

Under the direction of scientists and technicians, the contractor is responsible for supporting the Microbial Repository. Under supervision, the contractor is expected to perform routine and non-routine tasks including but not limited to ordering supplies, cleaning and organizing lab areas, performing manual liquid transfers, operating automated liquid handlers, and storing and retrieving samples from freezers and shakers. The contractor will be responsible for picking samples from freezers for delivery to customers. Given a lighter workload in the Microbial Repository, the contractor may be expected to support activities and complete assigned tasks in other laboratories. The ideal candidate needs to be able to collaborate closely with the Microbial Repository technicians and scientists and complete tasks under their supervision to ensure effective day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop eLearning, instructor-led training, and job aids for frontline and leadership roles
  • Apply adult learning theory and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)

  • Develop and manage content in the LMS; incorporate video and interactive learning

Qualifications

Job Summary

The Assistant Project Manager provides critical administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager and project team. Project Coordination & Documentation

  • Verify and upload all testing results once sites are completed.
  • Track project materials to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory.
  • Manage project drawings and coordinate RFIs (Requests for Information).
  • Assist with creating and managing punch lists to support project closeout.


Communication & Collaboration

  • Participate in all project-related conference calls, ensuring deliverables are tracked and met.
  • Communicate with branch contacts to verify installation details, including:

- Number of WAPs installed

- Type of backbone infrastructure used

- Quantity of IBM WAPs removed

  • Collaborate with the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure standards are consistently met across all job sites.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing documentation.
  • Maintain organized project files, records, and supporting documents.
  • Submit required forms for purchasing and procurement tracking.
  • Support timekeeping, correspondence, and general project reporting.


Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related construction environment.
  • Prior experience interfacing with customers is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Planner/Scheduler, you will:

  • Lead project teams in interactive planning sessions to develop work-flow plans, schedules, and detailed labor plans.

  • Update schedule with progress and monitor key work sequences, including milestones, to identify then notify project team of deviations to the baseline.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education is preferred
  • Additional coursework, training and/or certification are also preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project control roles
  • Professional experience with multi-site employers and remote workforce management
  • Previous work experience in the construction industry is highly desired
