This is a full-time, on-site Superintendent role located in Indianapolis, IN. The Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations to ensure projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and adhere to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising contractors, coordinating schedules, resolving on-site challenges, and maintaining clear communication with project managers and stakeholders. The candidate will ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations while monitoring project progress and ensuring quality craftsmanship.

• Expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and on-site supervision.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, compliance regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills to manage teams effectively on-site.
• Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
• Previous experience in commercial or large-scale construction preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, but substantial relevant experience will also be considered.

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Estimating (Conceptual budgeting, takeoffs, hard bid)
• Commencement and completion of projects from start to finish
• Manage project objectives, procedures and performance within industry and company standards.
• Coordinate the efforts of all project participants, owner, architects, consultants, subcontractors and tradesmen.
• Monitor / control construction through collaboration with project superintendents to ensure projects are built to all requirements, on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor the progress of the activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings
• Provide and maintain reports on projects on costs, schedule and adherence to contract requirements.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Investigate project problems and implement corrective actions. Provide technical direction to project superintendents.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

Educational and experience requirements include: Preference for degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, and/or five (5) plus years’ experience in the commercial construction industry with demonstrated success. Great communication and interpersonal skills and knowledge of working with Procore is a plus.
