Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
- Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
- Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.
- Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband.
- Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks.
- Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.
Qualifications:
GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
- Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
- Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
- Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
- Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.

Position Description
At G2O, we believe great experiences are built when design and research work hand in hand. We are looking for a senior practitioner who can lead hands-on product design while also running the research needed to inform decisions and clearly explain the rationale behind them.
As a Senior Experience Designer, you will be embedded with a client team in financial services, to help shape and improve a digital product. You will spend most of your time designing in Figma and moving work toward delivery, typically around a 70/30 split of design to research depending on the phase of the work. You bring a service design mindset: you step back to understand the end-to-end journey, then dive into the details of individual touchpoints and features.
On the research side, you will take a hybrid ownership role. You will define learning objectives, select methods, create discussion guides, facilitate sessions, and synthesize findings. Recruitment and logistics may be supported by the client or engagement team when available, but you are comfortable owning the work when you need to.
You will partner closely with client stakeholders and collaborate with the clientโs technical vendors to ensure what you design is feasible, aligned, and rooted in real user needs. POSITION OVERVIEW

- Standard expectations include completion of work orders within 48 hours (excluding emergencies) and unit turns within seven working days, unless directed otherwise by the Operations Manager.
Grounds and Site Management
- Maintain community grounds to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the assigned B&H portfolio.
- Provide assistance to other B&H assets as needed to drive broader company goals and operational success.
Administrative and Reporting Duties
- Complete and submit required forms, reports, and documentation in an accurate and timely manner.

On-Call and Emergency Response

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS

Position Objective

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Business Development
- Penetrate new Data Center business units and expand relationships across technical, engineering, and operational groups.

- Develop tailored workforce solutions across contractor, projectโbased, and scalable STEM hiring models.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of Data Center projects and technical staffing opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain regular inโperson and remote engagement with Columbusโbased clients, including site visits, performance reviews, and workforce planning sessions.
- Act as a strategic partner, advising on labor market trends, evolving project timelines, and talent strategies.
- Coordinate multiโstakeholder relationships across enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment and consistency in service delivery.
Partnership With Recruiting & Delivery Teams
- Collaborate with specialized technical recruiters to ensure highโquality candidate delivery.
- Translate client requirements into actionable recruiting strategies and forecasting.
- Participate in intake discussions, technical requirement scoping, and candidate evaluation processes.
- Ensure seamless communication and execution across the full salesโtoโdelivery cycle, reflecting expectations seen in other Impellam roles.
Sales Operations & Performance
- Accurately manage pipeline data, forecasting, and CRM documentation.
- Align activity and results with Impellamโs sales frameworks and best practices seen in other Account Executive roles.

What Youโll Be Doing
- Identify and engage new clients, introducing them to MAPSYSโs full suite of IBM-powered solutions, managed services, infrastructure optimization, application development, cloud, AI, and staffing/recruiting services.
- Design and implement sales strategies tailored to client objectives and designed to exceed revenue targets.
- Own the full sales process: lead identification, solution qualification, proposal development, closure, and pipeline management.
- Generate new business opportunities through existing networks, industry events, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with clear communication plans and regular touchpoints.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, managing all client needs, inquiries, and requirements with urgency and professionalism.

- Collaborate closely with IBM manufacturer resources to co-develop opportunities, secure funding (MDF), and drive hardware, software, and services revenue.

What You Bring
- Proven enterprise sales experience with a track record of strategic planning, execution, and building successful account relationships while selling complex IT service solutions.
- Personal ownership of goals and a demonstrated ability to consistently hit or exceed financial targets.
- Direct experience selling IT Services, IBM Reseller Solutions (hardware/software), and/or IT Staffing & Recruiting
- Hands-on expertise in prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, and closing new sales opportunities.
- Self-starter mentality with strong time management and the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally โ both in-person and virtually.
- Proven ability to build and leverage professional networks, including effective use of social media (LinkedIn) for sales.
- A healthy list of pre-established and prospective contacts within your territory or target industries
