Position Summary
The QC Analyst I, reporting to the Manager of Quality Control, will be responsible for serving as a performing routine GMP testing on analytical methods in the Quality Control laboratories.
Job Responsibilities
· Perform routine analytical testing including but not limited to cell-based potency assays, ddPCR, qPCR, ELISAs, limit tests using HPLC techniques.
· Prepare solutions and maintain cell lines for various clinical programs
· Prepares laboratory solutions, maintains cell lines, and other day to day laboratory activities.
· Maintains laboratory documentation including logbooks, test forms, LIMS data, and electronic data.

· Ensure lab areas are clean, organized, maintain equipment and consumables.
· Work closely with Analytical Development, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Production staff and any other relevant departments.
· Strictly adheres to all applicable written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and technical guidance documents, both internal and external.
· Participates in continuous improvement projects in the AD and QC labs.

Minimum Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in biology or related field.

- Engage Medicare members, pharmacies, and providers to close adherence and SUPD (Statin Use in Persons with Diabetes) gaps. Complete Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs) with Medicare members.
- Make outreach to Medicare members to assist in removing barriers to medication adherence.
- Partner with pharmacies and providers to close adherence gaps when the Medicare member is unengaged or when the Medicare member requires assistance.

We're looking for Progressive Care Unit RNs for an immediate travel nurse opening in Durham, NC. The right RN should have 1-2 years recent acute care experience. Read below for more requirements.
As a PCU Travel Nurse, you will care for patients who require close monitoring and frequent assessment, but aren't unstable enough to need ICU care. Progressive Care Unit RNs will utilize computer equipment to monitor cardiac and other vital information, detecting any changes and thereby enabling intervention of life-threatening or emergency situations. Close observation is necessary as many PCU patients receive a significant amount of complex medications, sometimes through an intravenous line that may need to be adjusted or titrated. The PCU RN is sometimes also called a step-down nurse, and the PCU is also known as cardiac stepdown, medical stepdown, neuro stepdown, surgical stepdown and ER holding.
As a PCU Travel Nurse, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:
- Provide basic bedside care; stabilize critical cardiac patients.
- Change dressings, insert catheters and start IVs.
- Prepare, administer and record prescribed medication, reporting any adverse reactions to treatment.
- Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, and interpret and record electronic displays.
- Initiate corrective action whenever information from monitoring equipment shows adverse symptomatology.
