We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support the National Park Service (NPS), Denver Service Center (DSC) in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will support DSC's procurement operations by providing day-to-day acquisition and administrative support that helps keep purchasing activities organized, compliant, and on schedule. This is a full-time opportunity in which we'll provide competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and job stability and security.
Responsibilities- Initiate and distribute purchase requests in the Financial and Business Management System (FBMS) under established procedures and timelines
- Enter and update procurement and financial data across multiple systems to maintain accuracy and compliance
- Process invoices in FBMS for review, approval, and payment
- Research payment requests and invoice discrepancies to identify issues and support resolution
- Coordinate corrective actions and provide timely status updates to stakeholders
- Communicate daily with project and contracting staff on invoice and payment matters
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports, including obligation status, aging invoices, and procurement summaries
- Maintain audit trails, supporting documentation, and communication records
- Support additional procurement and administrative tasks for the Denver Service Center's project teams as assigned
- Proficiency in Financial and Business Management System (FBMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute and an accuracy rate of 98% or higher
- Close attention to detail
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on federal contracting support experience
- Experience in processing procurement and payment documentation in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency policies

Job OverviewClean and maintain all corridors and public areas in accordance with all housekeeping procedures and standards and safety and security rules and regulations to ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift; remove newspapers and service trays, empty trash receptacles
- Remove trash and/or linens and note any areas that need immediate cleaning.
- Clean all public areas in the prescribed manner while following safety and security procedures and regulations to include but not limited to: hallways, elevators, service areas, stairwells, etc.
- Remove soiled linen, terry and trash from the service areas and take to the appropriate locations in the prescribed manner.
- Aid section housekeepers as needed (i.e. bed boards, roll-ways, etc).
- Stock linen and supply closets to ensure par inventories.
- Report any missing/found articles, damage or merchandise problems to the Senior Housekeeper or supervisor.
- Respond to guest requests and questions and report guest issues and complaints in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Pushing vacuum entire length of hallway, carrying supplies from department to assigned floor, carrying dirty linen to laundry shoot, removing room service trays and carrying dirty dishes to service area.
- Bending/kneeling -dusting requires bending and kneeling to reach all areas. Room service trays are placed on floor for pick up. Bending would be required to retrieve dirty dishes.
- Mobility -movement to reach all areas of responsibility to include: shelves, windows, ledges, pipes, under and around furniture.
- Continuous standing -continuously standing and/or walking to accomplish all that is required for position.
- Climbing stairs -approximately 40 steps 15% of 40 hour week.

Looking for an associate to work 2nd shift in a fast-paced warehouse environment where every day is different. Will work in warehouse, move merchandise, receive & unload trucks, load trucks, cleanup work area, wrap & ship by UPS & LTL daily. This shift begins at 1:00pm and works until all orders are filled and prepared. Hard working, team oriented and self-starting are a must.
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Minimum Qualifications- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Good mechanical skills.
- Willingness to learn how to cut wire and perform industry specific tasks in our warehouse is key.
- Ability to squat, kneel, bend, and twist
- Ability to work on concrete floor for entire shift
- Ability to climb ladders to pull material
- Basic math skills
- Ability to operate a forklift
Warehouse environment and outdoor conditions including sometimes extreme hot/cold temperatures.
