Warehouse Manager – Last Mile Delivery

Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations at our Portland, NC location. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across inventory management, team leadership, and customer satisfaction, while partnering closely with LX Pantos on daily execution.

The General Manager will lead a team of 8–10 employees, including Assistant Managers, Warehouse Associates, and Appliance Installers, and play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

• Maintain inventory accuracy above 97% using the LX Pantos Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Oversee receiving, routing, cycle counts, and issue resolution within the WMS
• Ensure monthly cycle counts are completed accurately and meet partner expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse aligned with LX Pantos standards and OSHA compliance

Team Leadership & Staffing

The Wine, Spirits, and Beer Case Flow Replenisher is responsible for reporting to an assigned area and picking orders using a cherry picker to move products to a designated area according to an assigned product task sheet. The Associate scans multiple bins using United technology and moves product using power equipment, while maintaining the safety/sanitation/security of the Warehouse environment. He or she appropriately handles all materials following company policies and procedures. This position is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining store product displays. Full-time and part-time positions available.

• Design and build store product displays per the department manager in each department.
• Create a calendar for each month with a plan for all displays being built.
• Work with the inventory control specialist to submit write-offs and maintain inventory for materials.

One year of construction or building experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.

Demonstrated ability to abide by and exhibit proactive adherence to all safety regulations and policies.

Demonstrated experience in wood working, tile setting, use of power tools, use of measuring tools, and use of basic tools.
