Jr. ServiceNow Developer w/ Active Top Secret or DHS Clearance
Location: Hybrid in Ashburn, VA (must be onsite 2-3 days per week)
InDev is seeking a Jr. ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and enhance ServiceNow applications and integrations that support homeland security mission outcomes. You’ll work hands-on across ITSM and adjacent modules, develop high-quality scripts and flows, integrate with enterprise systems, and collaborate within an Agile team to deliver secure solutions aligned with DHS standards and FedRAMP requirements. This role will provide hands-on development for the government ServiceNow platform. This role also will ensure ServiceNow supports enterprise service delivery, governance, and modernization objectives, while aligning with the Technology Reference Model (TRM) and DHS enterprise IT standards. This position requires an active Top Secret clearance and/or active DHS clearance. Salary will be based on number of years of experience.
YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Development & Configuration
- Develop and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, GRC, etc.) to meet mission requirements.
- Build workflows, dashboards, catalog items, and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Implement automation and performance improvements across ServiceNow capabilities.
- Write clean, maintainable JavaScript using the Glide API (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs).
Integrations & Automation
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and scripted transforms.
- Automate workflows with Flow Designer and platform APIs; optimize performance and data quality.
Quality & Delivery
- Participate in grooming and refinement; estimate and deliver within Scrum sprints.
- Use ATF and unit tests; perform code reviews; manage update sets and basic CI/CD (e.g., Git branching, peer review, promotion workflows).
- Troubleshoot incidents/problems, perform defect resolution, and execute performance tuning.
Security, Compliance & Standards
- Follow platform secure coding practices; support FedRAMP, FISMA, and Section 508 considerations.
- Adhere to platform standards, naming conventions, and release governance; contribute to technical documentation and SOPs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Translate user stories into technical solutions; demo features in sprint reviews.
- Partner with BA/PM/architects to ensure traceability from requirements to delivered functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions to include feature definition and creation and management of Jira epics and user stories.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must hold an active Top Secret clearance and/or active DHS clearance.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related discipline or a minimum of three (3) years relevant specialized experience.
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- CAD (Certified Application Developer - ServiceNow) certification required.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript.
- Proven ability to design, configure, and implement complex ServiceNow modules, workflows, and business rules.
- Proven experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with out-of-the-box ServiceNow features, such as workflows, scoped applications, and business roles.
- Proficient in cloud-based enterprise application platforms for IT services, operations, and business management.
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical teams and government stakeholders.

Role Summary:
Under the supervision of the Operations Director, plans, organizes and implements in home services for PACE participants and families. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Coordination of the day-to-day operations of the In Home Services for your team of participants. Act as the liaison between the contracted home health agency and the PACE program coordinating homecare Nurses, Home Health Aides, Homecare Services Non-Skilled Aides and the Homecare Schedulers. Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
Required Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Nurses with an Associate Degree or Diploma in nursing must sign agreement to obtain BSN within 6 years of the hire date in to position. Nurses who are nearing the end of their professional career may be exempted from this requirement with CNO System Council approval.
Required License:
· Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. Compact license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON; BCLS

This role focuses on helping frail and elderly participants maintain mobility, independence, and quality of life while supporting their ability to remain safely in the community.
The Physical Therapist plays a key role within the interdisciplinary team (IDT), performing assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic services in the PACE center, clinic settings, contracted facilities, and participants’ homes.

About Our Practice
Centra PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a program that provides comprehensive health care, including all wrap-around services, to eligible participants. Eligible participants are 55+ and qualify for nursing home placement. They must be safe to live in the community with PACE support.
Each individual enrolled will work with a team of caregivers to create a personalized plan of care based on their goals, values and preferences. Individuals benefit from primary care/urgent care on site, transportation to and from appointments, center activities, prescription medication support, nutritional services, mental health support, rehabilitation and therapy services, dental, vision, meals, and more.
Our multidisciplinary team works with participants in conjunction with their families and caregivers to allow participants to age in place rather than living in a nursing facility.
You Can Expect:
- Collaboration with Multidisciplinary, collegial team: Physician (or APP), PT/OT, MSW, Dietician, Nurse, Transport, Activities Coordinator, Site Director, Home Care
- Team Based Care-IDT meetings in afternoon 2x weekly
- Facility includes craft room, memory care, therapy gym, garden, day room, office space
- Schedule-M-F, most participants have left the facility by 3:30pm, nursing visits (ALF, LTC, SNF) as needed and occasional home visits
- Extended 1:1 time with patients, avg 3-9 per day, additional time for care coordination and IDT
- Vacation: 5.5 weeks

Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive primary care, including history, physical exams, and ongoing assessments
Develop individualized care plans and collaborate closely with the IDT and Medical Director
Manage medications, reconciliation, and interactions with pharmacist collaboration
Coordinate specialist referrals and follow up on consults, labs, and imaging
Monitor participant status during hospitalizations and transitions of care
Participate in daily IDT meetings and contribute clinical insights
Educate participants and caregivers on self-care, medications, and wellness
Provide on-call coverage as part of a shared rotation
Support quality improvement initiatives, staff training, and clinical policy development
Ensure accurate documentation, coding, and compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
Active state license (Ohio) and DEA/CDS
BLS required
Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience (geriatric or frail population preferred)
Experience in managed care, primary care, or geriatrics strongly preferred
Pre-Employment Requirements
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and required auto insurance
Medical clearance and immunizations
Background check, license verification, references, and drug screening
