Our law firm client is seeking an experienced Senior Attorney/ Partner to join its litigation team. This role involves handling sophisticated matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, representing businesses and individuals in complex disputes from pre-litigation through trial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of litigation matters independently
- Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice

Qualifications:

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $250,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

- Drafting post-trial motions, including motions for new trial and motions for attorney’s fees.
