- Manage daily lab operations including microbiological, chemical, and physical testing
- Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP (21 CFR 111/117), ISO 17025, and internal SOPs

- Review, approve, and release test results and Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
- Oversee method validation, verification, and transfer

Education:

Experience:
- 7–12 years of laboratory experience
- Minimum 3–5 years in a lab leadership or supervisory role
- Strong exposure to microbiology testing (pathogens, yeast & mold, TPC)
- Experience in nutraceutical, dietary supplement, food, or pharma industry preferred
