You will work closely with our sales leadership, independent sales representatives, marketing team, and operations staff to support dealer success and ensure our products are represented at the highest level in the marketplace.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing North American dealers and retail partners
  • Support independent sales representatives with account management, product information, and dealer communication
  • Identify and pursue new dealer opportunities across motorcycle and bicycle segments
  • Assist with new product introductions, dealer placement, and sales initiatives
  • Provide product training and technical information to dealers and reps
  • Respond to dealer and consumer inquiries through phone, email, and online chat
  • Distribute sales reports, price lists, promotions, and closeout programs
  • Coordinate closely with marketing and warehouse teams to support promotions, product launches, and order fulfillment
  • Represent 6D at industry trade shows, dealer events, and company functions when required

KEY PURPOSE:

The Global Product Manager - Hardgoods is responsible for building and maintaining Speedo’s global range within designated categories. This includes maintaining and growing current business, briefing and building new lines based on market opportunities and brand positioning, fostering key relationships internally and in the marketplace.

Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually

KEY PURPOSE:

As our Inventory Planner, you are responsible for inventory management and development of a DC replenishment plan that satisfies demand and optimizes service vs cost objectives as defined by leadership. Your primary role is to plan inventory across core and fashion workflows, manage related planning systems (when applicable) for your portion of the business, and minimize stock excess and obsolescence. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create inventory plans and targets for different product workflows (Core, Fashion, & SMU) based on strategic direction and vision of Leadership.
  • Reconcile and revise Purchase Requisition commitments as needed through production lead time.

  • Minimum 1-3 years in Supply Chain management roles, including: inventory & distribution planning, inventory management, operations, buying/procurement, and/or logistics/distribution.
  • Consumer products company experience preferred, especially a fast-moving, multi-channel consumer goods business with global manufacturing/sourcing.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep Account Managers and/or Sales Reps advised of all issues pertaining to their accounts’ sales orders
  • Manage open order profile daily; update as required.
  • Enter item numbers in Customer’s website, if applicable.
  • Process all new/re-orders within 24 hours of receipt in Unity

  • Pick and pack orders and supply contractors with pack slips & ship labels.
  • Submit routing request info prior to routing window requirements to Traffic Dept.
  • Confirm Routing completed within routing window
  • Update systems for order status and/or revisions
  • Advise Production & Purchasing Department of Sales Order changes affecting Production progress
  • EDI duties include: item translations, editing incoming PO’s for accuracy, posting (if applicable)
  • Work with Account Manager/Sales Rep to get correct data when EDI discrepancies occur (if applicable)
  • Maintain count sheets/balance sheets (if applicable)
  • Ensure ALL orders are shipped on time
  • Maintain strong knowledge of each accounts’ Vendor Compliance Manual
  • Research and follow up on each account’s charge backs

β€’ Hands-on experience delivering real world activations, including community events, rides, hikes, launches, seeding programs, partnerships, trade shows, and retail moments.

β€’ Experience briefing and managing creators and partners to deliver high quality, on brand, culturally relevant content.

β€’ Understanding of the U.S. outdoor landscape, including mountain and adventure communities, cultural moments, specialty outdoor retail, and wholesale dynamics.

β€’ Demonstrated ability to collaborate with retail partners to unlock space, visibility, and activation opportunities across POS, visual merchandising, shop in shops, windows, and seasonal campaigns.

β€’ Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple brands, partners, launches, and activation calendars simultaneously.

β€’ Experience working cross functionally with marketing, sales, retail, and global/HQ teams, balancing global brand direction with local execution.

β€’ Strong understanding of brand and product storytelling, tailored to specific channels, communities, and categories.

β€’ Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure, report on, and optimize activations based on performance and learnings.

β€’ High attention to detail and strong executional standards across physical and experiential environments.

β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools; ability to write clear, actionable project briefs.

β€’ Thrives in a fast paced, team first, high energy environment, with a positive, can do, customer focused attitude.

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.

β€’ Genuine passion for the outdoors and belief in the power of community driven storytelling to build meaningful brands.


Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000 annually

Base pay is a portion of our total compensation package and determined within a range that allows growth and development within your role. Your base pay will be determined based on experience, skills and qualifications.
