Details: We are looking for a Content Developer with instructional design expertise to support critical internal projects on the Employee Relations team.

• Work with global teams to determine content needs and audiences -creating consistency, structure and organization for content delivery leveraging company style guides
• Write, edit and proofread, and revise various types of high quality content like quick-reference-guides, communication templates, playbooks and procedures across 3 high priority projects to help internal teams understand the steps and expectations for service delivery.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to produce cohesive and accurate content
• Apply instructional design principles to structure content for maximum comprehension and retention
• Partner with project managers to develop and manage a content calendar and key content deliverables
• Review and synthesize feedback from project stakeholders and leaders on content. Manage the content approval process with guidance from ER project teams

The key holder is a leadership position that is responsible for ensuring that customer service and store standards meet company expectations. All key holders will perform opening and closing managerial procedures and will serve as the manager on duty in lieu of a manager in the store. Role Description

The Process Technician will be a key contributor to Omega EMS’s SMT line, AXI, and process engineering activities for PCB assembly. Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

·        Serve as the first line of technical support for PCB assembly production, troubleshooting and resolving process issues in real time.

·        Set up, inspect, and validate SMT equipment and processes, including stencil printers, reflow ovens, SPI, and X-ray, to ensure high-quality first articles and stable production runs.

·        Contribute to the design and fabrication of stencils, tooling, and fixtures, and manage the tooling log to maintain availability and accuracy.

·        Perform X-ray and visual inspections, identify solderability or void issues, and implement corrective actions where needed.

·        Provide hands-on training and guidance to operators and production staff, improving process understanding and capability across the team.

·        Support and collaborate with SMT, AXI, and Engineering on technical inquiries and escalations; elevate unresolved issues to the Supervisor as necessary.

Job Requirement:

·        3+ years of hands-on PCBA experience (5+ years preferred).

·        Strong working knowledge of SMT/PCBA processes, including screen printer programming, solder paste inspection, reflow profiling, and X-ray inspection.

·        Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, and engineering instructions, applying knowledge of electronic theory and components.

Description

The Events Project Manager will ensure seamless implementation of parallel and

independent work streams by establishing clear expectations and timelines for both

customers and cross-functional partners. The role will provide high-touch customer service,

maintain consistent and efficient communication across all channels, and navigate ambiguity

to deliver cost-effective, operationally efficient outcomes.

• Oversee the complete event lifecycle for internal meetings, campus celebrations, and large-scale productions, from initial planning through post-event wrap-up
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Security, EHS, Catering, and other teams to deliver seamless, high-quality events
• Manage event budgets and coordinate with the Finance and Procurement teams as directed to support compliant processing of vendor agreements and purchase orders
