The company is building an integrated biosensing platform that combines research-grade EEG and multimodal physiological signals with immersive training environments to deliver measurable improvements in cognitive efficiency, stress resilience, and recovery capacity.

This is a closed-loop adaptive system being deployed into elite performance and enterprise environments where reliability, validation, and outcomes matter.

We are hiring a Director / Sr Director of Product to own the architecture and delivery of the adaptive training system.

The Opportunity

This role owns how the system trains people.

You will define:

• How structured training programs are designed
• How sessions progress over time

Position Overview:

CWS is seeking an experienced and motivated Field (onsite) Project Manager to oversee the installation of corrugated and flat-panel water storage tanks projects throughout the USA. This position is responsible for managing field crews, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining project schedules, communicating with interoffice project managers, documenting progress schedules, communicating with client POC's onsite and delivering high-quality installations that meet company and client standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on construction experience, experience reading project drawings and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, involving direct communication with the client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage field crews during water tank installations

• Coordinate daily job site activities and ensure schedule adherence

• Enforce safety standards (PPE, fall protection, confined space, etc.)

• Conduct daily safety meetings and toolbox talks

• Review drawings, specifications, and installation plans

• Ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements

• Communicate directly with project managers, clients, and inspectors

• Track labor hours, materials, and project progress

• Train and mentor crew members

• Verify work completion before project turnover

• Maintain organized documentation and job reports

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a supervisor or superintendent on industrial construction sites that require attention to small details

• Experience with bolted steel tanks, water storage tanks, or similar structural installations preferred but not required.

• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA)

• Experience with fall protection and confined space work

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to travel a lot. The expectation is 2.5 months of each quarter.

• Valid driver’s license

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer focused Implementation & Support Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a key partner for our clients throughout their onboarding process and supporting day to day technical needs with Genda. Acting as the main point of contact for configuration requests, user guidance/training, issue resolution, and hands-on assistance at construction project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end onboarding for new customers and projects, including kickoff calls, gathering requirements, setting expectations for configuration, timelines, and deliverables, configuring accounts, and delivering training (remote and onsite) to ensure successful adoption of Genda Basic projects
• Own day-to-day customer support, including technical troubleshooting, data requests, and bug/dev ticket resolution
• Ensure proper setup of project data, user roles, integrations, and workflows for new projects
• Administer Genda Coins and monthly raffles, including announcing winners and coordinating prize delivery to project sites
• Gather client requirements and support setup for both Genda Basic (safety/logistics) and Pro projects
• Identify projects with expansion potential and connect opportunities to the Customer Success Lead

Requirements:

• 2- 4 years' experience in implementation, customer support, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience with construction technology, project management tools, field operations or background in construction.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn product configuration and troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent communication skills and customer first mindset
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Comfortable working on construction sites and interacting with field personnel
• You are Austin based and can travel to project sites as required

Project Manager – Utility-Scale Energy Storage & Substation Projects

An established energy infrastructure company focused on the development, construction, and operation of utility-scale energy storage assets in wholesale electricity markets is seeking an experienced Project Manager.

Founded in the late 2010s, the organization is a national leader in grid-scale battery energy storage deployment, leveraging proprietary dispatch optimization tools to support both merchant and contracted revenue structures. The company maintains a significant portfolio of operating and in-construction utility-scale storage assets across the United States, along with a multi-gigawatt development pipeline.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and substation projects. This role functions as the overall project leader with full accountability for safety, schedule, budget, contract compliance, and construction quality.

This is an office-based role located in one of several major U.S. offices, with a hybrid in-office requirement (minimum three days per week). Relocation assistance may be available for highly qualified candidates. While not site-based, the role requires travel to project sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Manage overall project design in coordination with internal and external engineering resources
• Develop and manage the project execution plan, including kickoff and closeout meetings
• Oversee EPC contractor scheduling and support schedule recovery planning when required
• Coordinate and manage design RFIs
• Ensure daily safety planning documentation is prepared and followed
• Proactively engage landowners and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met

Safety Leadership

• Demonstrate visible safety leadership and reinforce safe work practices
• Ensure Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) are conducted prior to work activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Experience with scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6)
• PMP certification preferred
• Construction safety knowledge (OSHA 30 certification preferred)
• 5+ years of construction experience, including field exposure
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in construction
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain a valid passport for occasional international travel
